I have been using h&r block for many many many years and I have used the same staff member since then Suzie Evans is amazing she explained everything to me and always respectful and kind . I just wished something you all would do is offer a bigger coupon to the long time customer to get discounts.

I went to your Rossville Boulevard location and was told they didn't have any openings. I traveled on down to the other location on the Boulevard and Julie Brewer was very helpful and extremely friendly.
