Worst experience I’ve ever had. Called looking for a part was talked down to, disrespected, treated like I was unknowledgeable to problem at hand. Called back asked to speak with a supervisor was told “ dog was in the bathroom” after the statement “ OMG you gotta be kidding me” apparently what I was needing wasn’t something they could provide.

I called to attempt to source a part, the man on the phone (didn’t catch his name) was rude and condescending. Made no attempt to try to help me other than wish me luck at finding the part at Shields Electronics. Shields didn’t have the exact part but was very helpful. I won’t be calling Horizon back any time soon.

I didn't get her name, but the woman working the counter was very kind and helpful. Significantly more so than I've experienced elsewhere. I would recommend this place, if for nothing else, their hospitality.

I wanted to find a locking coupler for a crane truck and was sent to Horizon Electronic. I have to say the customer service was amazing. I didn't really know what I needed and he guided me to the correct part, showed me how to build it. The entire process was very enjoying rather than being intimidated.

I travel to Chattanooga for my job occasionally. I work on copy finishing equipment which all require a fuse to function properly. Today I needed a certain uncommon fuse for one of those machines and spent a nice chunk of my day driving around to ten different stores to find a replacement. Horizon was the last place I checked, and even though they didn't have what I needed, I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and helpfulness of owner, David. He told me exactly what fuse I needed, showed me the product in a catalog and then proceeded to call two other nearby electronics stores to see if they had the fuse. I highly recommend going to Horizon Electronics with their excellent customer service and vast knowledge.
