Canvass were on sale 4 for 12.99
So we bought large & small, # pack of new brushes and other odds & ends. Tabletop easels on sale also.
So using the art channel tutorial, we completed the ' Chinese legend, The Cherry Tree holding the Moon" what is so much fun, it doesn't need to be perfect, if you miss a step, oh well or rewind.

“The guys are laid back and friendly. No pressure. All the sports cards are very well organized by name and cost. Plenty of space in the shop to hang out and find what you’re looking for.”

“This place seems to have everything you're looking for as far as crafting. The only negative thing I find is the number of personnel they provide to help you. Which is few and far between.”

“My favorite shop. Prior to COVID I bought almost exclusively from there and would buy a few boxes every other week or so and even bought an entire case once. Can't agree with some of the other reviews, as my experience talking to Marty was always nice. He's not overly talkative which is just fine by me. Haven't bought any cards really since COVID because he's been closed up and I like to browse a bit before I buy since I don't buy stuff online. I do miss coming in and shooting the breeze for a few min and buying cards. Hope they stay safe and open soon when they feel comfortable again. Would give 4-5 stars if they were open but it's just been so long now.edit: Finally visited Marty's when I saw the store was open again after a few years. Apparently bought out by another store, it is a lot different. I miss the old setup and browsing through all Marty's old stuff, but new owner has a different direction for store layout. Overall can't give a bad rating because the staff was very friendly and attentive and prices were in line. Upgrading to 4 stars since store is open again and wishing new owner(s) all the best.”

“My honest opinion is that it's just a plain ole arts and crafts store, slightly better than hobby lobby but it's just as, if not more, expensive.... ridiculously expensive, employees are very nice though.”
