Very, very disappointed with the actions of a young man in The Hamilton place department Store. When I went to return my item. A pair of jeans from my son for christmas present. I was told that I would have to go online to do an exchange. Because they would not take the item because it Smelled likIe cigarettes. When I asked the girl to have someone else come over there. She had this young man in a fancy little christmas sweater who stood five feet away from me and told me he could smell cigarettes on the jeans. When I told him I did not smell anything on them. And the gentleman next to me didn't smell it. I told him that I was not going to just lose seventeen dollars or whatever they cost. He told me I was jewish. are you freaking kidding me. JEWISH ARE You freaking kidding me. I have never.Been treated with such an anti semitic manner in my whole life. I will not continue to shop at the store or any other H&M store ever again. And I'd advise anybody else that takes anti semitic statements as an insult to all peopleor at all a disgrace to humanity. To take a good look at the company you're buying from. Because if they employed more people like this. I would not want to have anything to do with them. I'm not sure what this kid's name was, but it was 12 o'clocksaturday December 30th 2023. This kid should be fired. I hate for somebody to lose their job around Christmas time. But christmas is over and that was not called for!

The employees don’t help, just follow you around and pretend like they’re looking through clothes near you like you’re gonna shoplift some a $20 dress that has makeup all over the collar. Client service is the best theft deterrent. Maybe try that.
