Loved this place! Visited while on vacation with my husband. It was my first time climbing and I really enjoyed myself. Staff was very nice and helpful! Would definitely come back when I’m in the area again!

The orientation was just ok. The rock climbing though. Excellent. Great atmosphere with a lot of people who were there to have serious fun. I was stuck on a flow section. Some climbers came over and we talked the route out and it was tough, but a success. 10/10 would recommend

This review is for customer service. Wanted to surprise my husband with gift card for Christmas. Went on-line, purchased card and gave to him. Wanted to purchase another card today before the gift card promotion ended on 12-31. Called the store (after several attempts calling, trying to purchase the first one and nobody answered and nobody returned my voicemails) and was shocked when a live person answered. The gift card purchase offer is ONLY for IN-STORE purchases. We live 40 minutes from HighPoint Climbing. WHY would I drive that distance one-way to purchase a gift card that I could easily purchase on-line? The employees are bound 'by my boss' NOT to bend on this rule. There are lots of climbers in our neighborhood and I will be telling them all of this incident. Not Happy.

Great value! A great day trip for adults or kids. I'm a bigger adult and even though I had to mostly climb in the kids area I didn't feel judged and had a blast! Our main goal was to attempt to climb the outside wall and upon going in we found it was closed. The 2 of adults and my 9 year old all had a great time! I went to the desk and asked about it and they opened it right up for us! Great customer service and the team will lead, teach, and answer any questions you have!

Always have a great time at this gym. They have some of the tallest walls I’ve seen in an indoor facility and tons of auto-belays for the new or solo climber. Multiple bouldering sections that are tall, upside down, etc.; overall great place to climb!

We took my two granddaughters there over Labor Day weekend. It was a great experience, the staff was friendly and informative. The girls, ages 4 & 10 didn’t want to leave!

This was a great experience that was awesome and fun for the whole family. They have a kids area, they have a wide range of difficulties even if you don't know how to belay because there are many auto-belay systems. They have a bouldering area where you don't need to be clipped in. They also have an outside area which was fun bit scary looking out over the road. Plenty of routes and different lengths of climbing. The staff is very nice.

It was the first time either of my boys had been to a rock climbing gym. They both enjoyed it. The female worker that taught them how to use the equipment was very attentive to both of them. The place is really cool and has something for every level of ability. My oldest definitely wants to go back when we visit Chattanooga again. For now, we'll find one where we live.

So much fun! We took 3 kids all at different levels. One who had never been before. The staff explained everything well.Lots of different climbing / bouldering to do in all different areas that test different skills! We were there about 4 hours and I'm sure the kids could have stayed a few hours longer just in the kid's zone! This is definitely a long day activity.Being your own snacks and water:)

My 3-year-old loved it! The employees were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of climbing walls and room to spread out. Went on a Thursday afternoon and had the entire kids zone to ourselves. Will definitely be back!

Pretty expensive pass given how long it takes to turn over the route setting. The kids are a nightmare without any guidance from coaches on etiquette. The lead area is cool, and I honestly think the bouldering gets too much slack, the routes are decent and for the size of the gym there is something to be said about quantity. The walls outside would be an amazing feature if they were set and didnt have so many spinners. Gym is in major need of a renovation. Starting to get old and dusty.I think if there was a modern rope gym in the area they would quickly find the competition difficult. This place is a tourist attraction more so than a serious climbing gym.One particular event that turned me off is the a coach decided to close about 1/2 of the lead area for the team only to have 1 or 2 kids on the wall. I approached him asking if we could climb since the rest of the lead area was packed and was told no. I went to the front desk and was informed that the coach was wrong and could not close the area to guests. So the coach just lied, rather than sharing the space.

What a wonderful rock climbing arena with very many different walls for various age and skill levels. Both adults and children alike seemed to enjoy the fun it has to offer. There is a room upstairs in which to be able to host a party. There is plenty of parking at the adjacent parking garage. They did validate our parking for a 2 dollar discount. The one drawback for me is that I am either using a walker or wheelchair for mobility. The most used way upstairs are stairs. That being said, there is a one person elevator one can use. But due to liablilties, you must have an employee unlock the elevator and ride with you up and/or down. All employees with whom I had interaction were pleasant and helpful. I feel this company takes safety very seriously as I saw nothing to indicate otherwise. If I weren't crippled at this juncture in my life, I would've felt safe trying to exercise the learning of a new skill here without hesitation except for perhaps my own inate fear. I highly recommend this specialized venue for an out of the ordinary birthday or any other party. Chattanooga is blessed having this in this beautiful town.

First time visitor and my 10 year old absolutely loved it. We travel to Chattanooga a bit but haven't visited this place but glad we did this time for Spring Break. We will visit again in the near future ?
