I worked for Jason Reid at Hi Tech Transmission and what he does is not only wrong but it's sad that a person can be so disrespectful. Most of the bad reviews from customers who paid the worst have been removed because Jason reports it. Customers do not realize that their post didn't meet standards because they were upset when they posted a review. Not to mention Jason has people that haven't received repairs posting reviews to maintain a good rating.
Jason gives labor price and then calls with parts list making customers believe that the parts list is the updated amount. He doesn't tell the customer that the parts list doesn't include labor cost fluid and taxes. Customers agree to the repairs under the assumption that the parts list is the new total. Also
READ THE INVOICE THAT YOU ARE ASKED TO SIGN WHEN DROPPING YOUR VEHICLE OFF
I urge people to avoid bringing your vehicle here. Jason Reid is truly the most disrespectful person I have ever met.
