If I could give zero stars I would for this Hertz location. I reserved a car earlier in the week to be picked up on Saturday May 11, 2024. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said closed due to illness. Hertz should have people cover for other employees who are sick. Since this rental was through my insurance company and approved for Hertz, I couldn’t go anywhere else. Never again!!!

I didn't rent a car. Told them I didn't rent a car. Relentlessly call me every weekday asking for someone that isn't me. They leave messages for someone that isn't me. So I had to block their number. At what point will it end.

I was able to use perks through my bank to get a good deal on a rental. THEY DO NOT REFUND THE UNUSED DAYS IF YOU RETURN EARLY!!

The staff were friendly and helpful.The car I received was ok but had not been cleaned. I was surprised when I was asked to wash it before returning the car. After getting home with the car, I did have to clean the windows because they were so dirty.The inside smelled like a guy’s aftershave that had exploded and taken over the vehicle. I had to change my clothes the first day I brought home the vehicle. The odor did diminish over several days.The car was functionally in good shape. It got me and my family to the necessary destinations while my car was in the shop.

The car was dirty when I purchased it had to clean it out also I was charged a refueling fee when I had the hand where it was at the time of purchase
