We've bought multiple pieces of furniture now from John. Great products with a lot of customization options. Importantly they stand behind the products and hold to their promises made at purchase. Debi was extremely helpful at showing us around the showroom and listened carefully to what we did and didn't like about various pieces. She had great suggestions for our bedroom space, and made us feel at home enough to "wander and ponder". We have had great experiences buying from Haverty's, wherever we have lived in the U.S.

We had the pleasure of working with Tim Wilson. We just moved from Maine and his knowledge of the furniture business and decorating are encyclopedic. The delivery guys were awesome. We bought the furniture on a Thursday and received it on Saturday. If you are in a time crunch, Tim's knowledge and Haverty's large inventory are going to come in handy.

Overall a positive experience! My husband and I were able to wander and checkout different sofas on our own without being hounded.
