The location was convenient and easy to access, and the fuel quality was excellent. The pricing was competitive, and I appreciated the discounts available through their loyalty program. The convenience store was clean and well-stocked, with a variety of items to choosefrom. The staff is super nice and they have a wide selection of many beers and disposables vapes

Unfriendly and down right rude attendants. Guess if you wear sunglasses you're automatically trying to steal something. They can't check out other customers because of staring at certain people. They stare so hard they make other customers turn around and stare. Then all of a sudden they start walking the floor with customers still in line. Meanwhile homeless and meth heads don't get looked at twice. The wife is totally mean crazy and weird. You pay for your gas and look up while you're pumping it and they will be staring at you I'm the window. Same weird experience at Ely Laundromat because they own it.

The guys on staff are not unfriendly; they are assertive and enforce the store policies when necessary. They deserve the same respect as customers ("Yes, sir/No, sir")...

The gas price is usually about ten cents per gallon higher than other nearby stations--including another Harry's on Hixson Pike. The staff seems to be doing the bare minimum to keep things running. It's not horrible, and I haven't had any real problems, but other places in the area are friendlier, have better service, and have better prices.

I deposited my 3 quarters to get air and the pump did not work. There was no out of order sign. Went inside to ask for my money back and the rude worker said it was not their machine and not his problem. Refused to let me speak to anyone else in charge. He finally gave me the manager's name but he intentionally mispelled the last name. I made numerous calls to the station but the rude attendants would never let me speak to a manager. I will never do business here again. Their loss over 3 little quarters. The station directly across the street was very nice and their air pump worked. Guess who is going to get all my business? They still have not put an out of order sign on the pump.
