This isn't my usual store, but it was the closest one at the time. I wanted 1 thing & the app said limited amount at this store, they didn't have it. All other stores had it, but would've been closed by the time I made it. I also stood there waiting for employees to stop chatting for a few min, that coulda been the few min I needed to make it to a different store, but just felt like I was bothering them!

I usually love harbor freight for the amazing deals they have on tools. The item I needed was out of stock and the only one they had was the display which they refused to sell.

The selection of tools is very nice, but a couple of people truly need to work on people skills. Not everybody is trying to take something from them. And treat people with the same respect you want for yourself.
