On August 12, 2024, at 9:40 AM, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the individual who answered the phone. When inquiring whether a specific diaper program was accepted at this location, she reacted defensively and took my query personally. Despite the program being listed on the state's website as accepted here, she claimed to feel threatened when I mentioned reporting the matter to the state due to her lack of information. The employee frequently interrupted me when I requested the contact information for her manager and disconnected the call multiple times. I intend to follow up with the Better Business Bureau regarding the unsatisfactory treatment I received during a respectful inquiry. The call was recorded for quality assurance and documentation of the service provided to low-income clients. Additionally, I did not block my name or number, and I was further threatened by her when I called back, as she stated she would involve the police.

I went to two other pharmacies that would not accept my insurance card, (Devoted) but these folks chased down my prescription, called and got approval from my insurance company, and saved me 90% over what it was gonna cost me. This is my pharmacy from now on.

10/10, so glad I switched to this pharmacy from Walgreens. Better prices, better wait times, friendly staff, they remember who you are and fill extremely timely! Can't recommend enough!

Great to work with! They have saved me thousands over the years from what I was paying at the the chain pharmacies. I thought it would all be the same price through insurance but Hamilton Discount pharmacy saved me $300 per month when I switched to them.

Excellent pharmacy! So glad I switched from walgreens to here. I haven't had to wait in lines and I actually get to talk to someone immediately when I call. They are very nice and professional. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
