I usually do not write reviews but this place is worse mechanic I ever had to deal with, I tow ny truck to get air lines service at their shop, all the time the guy was running around doing nothing. I could hear air leaking. And they just over charged for service horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here to get service

I was broke down and they worked with me tremendously, very honest and they did not try to rip me off and instead of charging me they said don’t worry about it. Listen some people will get skeptical but look at my name I’m black and they still didn’t take advantage of me. Thank the lord and God bless all!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRUCK CENTERS OF AMERICA! It is the same company. We had a truck towed to their facility with a blown turbo. After replacing the Turbo, the motor blew up in their shop. From reading the reviews, it sounds like this could be typical for this shop. They then held our trailer with food product on it hostage until we made payment. He received payment from me and then conned the owner of the truck to pay him as well. This also something that he has tried with other companies (read the reviews.) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Although they never worked on a vehicle of mine they totally let me down. They committed to perform an inspection on a vehicle that had a one day inspection period. I gave them plenty of time and they said they would email me the inspection report. When nothing showed up I called in the evening that same day to see if they had performed the inspection. I was told they would have the mechanic call me which never happened. I called again this morning and was finally told that they were unable to perform the inspection. They totally screwed me as I could have easily found another shop to do the inspection. I only picked them because of the reviews they had. Super disappointed. They may be great mechanics but in this instance they totally let me down and were unprofessional.

I'm an owner operator and GW & Son's PTC have done so much for me I wouldn't know where I'd be without them and very thankful for all their services they have provided for me.. I would highly recommend this shop and wouldn't take my truck to anywhere else but GW & Son's PTC .. George is an awesome guy and always treats his costumers fair ..
