We have had our Scotties groomed here every 6-7 weeks for many years. They are very caring and and accommodating, and do an awesome job. If you have a Scottie this is the place !!

140 dollars for my long haired Shepard to be absolutely butchered. I’ll never bring my dogs back here. I’m mortified by how her coat looks. I only wanted her winter coat brushed out and trimmed and they shaved (not bald, but the closest cut imaginable) her. Not what we asked for at all. She doesn’t even look like a German Shepard anymore. Not worth the money. Don’t bring your pets here.

Horrible customer service and overpriced. I take my dogs to their groomer in Nashville because this place sucks so much.

Great place to have your dog groomed. They take great care of them, and really love your dogs. I wouldn't take mine anywhere else.

Fabulous welcome for our first visit and a terrific outcome! Our energetic little Malti-Poo was really happy when I picked him up too.

I had just moved to the area and was nervous about a new groomer for my large dog. They did an amazing job taking care of my big baby boy and he came out clean and happy.

Dang….. 65 bucks fortwo little chaweenie nail trims. My one lil gal can be annoying but 65 is over the top. That’s wild I’m sorry. I’ve never paid more than ten a dog. For that price maybe throw in a bath or tooth brushing

In what world does two nail trims cost $68??? Five minutes of work and they think that's fair?

Normally this place is OK, but the most recent time they completely shaved my cavalier King Charles spaniel. This is not typical for the breed and can permanently damage their coat health in the long run. With summer around the corner we have been letting her out more so she had a few leaves in her fur, but nothing serious. We usually keep her well groomed so I think there’s never been a real issue. Instead of just brushing out leaves or cutting that small section out they completely shaved her which looks horrible. Even without this they weren’t the best, I would not recommend this to anyone. They definitely don’t know how to cut specific dog breeds.

Andrea and team have been taking care of my now geriatric turveuren since I moved to the city and my newly adopted beauceron since he came home last year. The team does a beautiful and compassionate job with my big boys. I trust Andrea completely and greatly appreciate the care she takes and how she always alerts to any changes in my boy's body (lumps, bumps, scrapes, etc). She isn't just their groomer she's part of their health team.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They turned my fluffy doodle into a sheared pup.

I have been bringing my Pomeranian to Groomingdales for over a year. She has to be groomed every five weeks, so I leave her in Groomingdales's care fairly often. They are always prompt, polite, and professional. I have never seen any of the staff speak to or handle a dog with anything but kindness. My Pomeranian always comes home looking great, smelling good, and in a cheerful attitude. She has never shown any signs of stress or fear after her visits. The staff always gives me an update on how she did, they have educated me to better care for her coat, and they have never done anything I didn't ask for. If they were unable or uncomfortable with doing something, the groomers always consulted with me on what I wanted and what they felt best, so we have never had any surprises when picking her up. You can rest easy while your pet is at Groomingdales, knowing they are being treated and cared for by loving and knowledgeable staff. If you're making your first appointment, you may have a wait, but it is worth it to get onto their schedule. I'd recommend calling a week or two in advance of when you think your pup needs to be groomed. We just schedule our next appointment when we are checking out and have never had a problem with appointments.

The audacity to charge $27 for a nail clipping! I was stunned when I took my dog to have her nails trimmed and walked out spending $27 for two minutes of work! That’s insanity. Will not be back here because I can’t even imagine what a grooming costs!
