Closed. And with no notice to ticketed passengers, though they had my phone and email address, until I arrived to find it surrounded by a chain-link fence with a note on the station door that could not be read from outside the fence. Fortunately the security lock was not properly locked and we could go in and read the note saying we had to drive to a truck stop in Georgia, 20 minutes away, and fortunately I was being dropped off by a friend and not just a taxi, and fortunately the bus was late so we barely made it. Ridiculous! Unacceptable!

It has so improved since last bus trip through here it is clean and has clean bathrooms with toilet paper and you can clearly hear the buses called and the routes . There is also a snack bar with hot food and lots of vending machines . I believe they are still working on the parking for the buses . It looks great outside too .

I took the Greyhound bus from Atlanta to Chattanooga, Tennessee. My daughter was getting married so my son and his fiance but with me. We all had a very pleasant trip to and from Blairsville Georgia. A good trip was had by all. I did not take pictures of the trip. Only if the wedding. I should have gotten another picture of the capital of Georgia in all it's glory!

The lady was rude to this guy who's never rode the bus before. She was walking in from her car, he asked if she can sell him a ticket, because he don't know anything about traveling greyhound, and she went off on him, then went off on everyone.

Despite the photos you see that seem seemly nice, organized, staffed. This is total for appearance.Do NOT SEND ANY LOVED ONE OF ANY AGE, ESPECIALLY YOUNG LADIES TO CHATTANOOGA, NASHVILLE, ANYWHERE VIA GREYHOUND. THEY ARE HAZZLED, TOUCHED INAPPROPRIATELY BY NEARBY TENT CITY HOMELESS PEOPLE. WHILE WAITING OUTSIDE LOCKED GATES.THIS PARTICULAR YOUNG GIRL (19) that isn't completely mentally all together was harassed tirelessly. Do not use GREYHOUNDWHEN CALLING IN CONCERN OF A TRAVELERS SAFETY, SOMEONE IN INDIA ANDWERS YOUR CALL AND IS OF NO HELP.

Putting the Greyhound dead smack in the middle of tent city, which is where all of the homeless people live was such a stupid idea. It looks run down, it looks trashy with all the homeless people out there. No one wants to go there and use the service of the greyhound bus system. This was not a thought out plan. It wasn't thought out at all it was just stupid and idiotic and I think the they chambers of Commerce needs to be notified and this needs to be changed. They either need to move tent, city or move. The greyhound, this is ridiculous.

No restrooms. No A/C seating, just sit outside. Bus didn't show. Website shows the bus on time, even after it was 1 hour late. Guy locked inside says he doesn't know where the bus is and can't call the bus. 2 hours late and they cancelled the bus.Took an hour online and on the phone to get a refund.I almost missed my flight at ATL.

Inside lobby not open for passengers to wait after 8 pm or so. Police Station across the street. So waiting outside isn't too bad.

It's a bus stop for Greyhound. Absolutely a bad area. I would not walk the street beside it due to all the homeless people. The door to the place is locked at all times. No restroom available. No vending machine either. No sitting ( trust me you will be standing the whole time unless your waiting inthe car for the bus. Did the bus arrive on time lol no 7 hours . That's typical for Greyhound.

I've taken Greyhound buses throughout my life and all over the country. In my opinion the Chattanooga spot is the absolute worst. Not a station but a stop only. Not safe even during the day. A disgrace for Greyhound and their legacy.

The busses are nasty and stink! The drivers are hateful a**holes! The bus my husband rode had access panels DUCTAPED CLOSED which was NOT working! The luggage compartment had a Bungie cord holding it shut! The bus was an hr late but would not refund or change the ticket. But greyhound needed that $60ish dollars more than we did because they TOOK IT WITH NO HESITATION. That will be the last time I darken the door step at a POS bus station! You would think they would try to make it a nice trip concedering the conditions you have to travel in on there busses.

I have not used Grey hound in decades. They used to have dedicated terminals. Everyone was helpful. Very different world from the days of Amera-a-pass

In Chattannoga is just a boarding point on the street. The customer does not have access to the inside of the store. The surroundings are taken over by addicts. Terrible!

Worst experience ever bus late people are irritated and disappointed through the entire process. This is by far the worst bus experience I’ve ever encountered. Not to mention the door is locked at all time so that no lobby entrance. There’s a young black guy (I’m black as well) who’s pretty much barricaded himself in the inside of the office while everyone else sits outside like homeless people. It’s just the worst experience ever. I personally will never travel like this again. Especially if I have to use Chattanooga greyhound. Bus 45 min late and upset with passengers.
