Shelby Nichols at Grafe Studio was phenomenal. We were so fortunate to have found Grafe Studio when searching for the right florist to grace our very special ceremony. Shelby’s artistic gift with flowers is beyond words; she crafts stunning displays and combinations that imbue emotion and sentiment in their colors, combinations, and arrangements. It’s as though she dials in to the occasion somehow and knows exactly what to use; a veritable Monet of artistry with her flowers and her vision based on what you ask for.
Aside from the arrangements themselves, Shelby was meticulous in her planning and her communication. She did not hesitate to ask questions to ensure we got exactly what we were envisioning, and she thought of details we had no idea needed considering, but wound up being important things to take into account during the ceremony. Everything was completed in a timely manner, delivered to the correct location on time, and in pristine condition.
I cannot recommend Shelby Nichols and Grafe Studio strongly or enthusiastically enough. I love that they are a local artisan business as opposed to a franchise and they serve the Chattanooga community with such grace and class. You cannot go wrong in choosing them for your floral needs, whatever they may be.

I went into the shop to order, they were so helpful and kind. The shop dog, Violet, was a highlight!! Delivery was prompt and smooth. The flowers turned out so beautiful!

Wonderful experience. Reconnected with my college girlfriend after 57 years. Both of us lost our spouses last year in the same month. Hadn't even spoken in all those years. Long story short I told the story to the young lady at Grafe Studio and said I wanted something incredible -- I was looking for 57 roses but of course that was impossible, She suggested pink roses and peonies and promised she would make it something special -- and was it ever. When they arrived M____ was overwhelmed -- but the best thing was the next day when the peonies and roses opened -- WOW.
Never posted a review before on anything -- but give my highest recommendation for this shop. Would give them 10 stars if the site would let me. Can't wait to see what they come up with next.

We ordered flowers for our daughter to be delivered to her Dorm. They were delivered as planned and they were gorgeous! You never know what you may get when ordering online or via phone from out of town , But we were very pleased!

Shelby is the BEST! Hands down the best floral designer I’ve ever dealt with! Her arrangements are truly a work of art! Her customer service is top notch! Definitely worth the 4 and a half drive for me from Mississippi to Chatt just to buy her creations! Honestly, go to GRAFE and request her! She been my go to for everything. From my wedding to flower crowns just for fun. She can do it all! Points if you ask for Dahlias!
