I was extremely disappointed with the outcome when I sold my home. My closing was extended well over a week because of simple negligence. If you are juggling several deals at once and cannot give your client the time that they deserve AND are paying you for- then don’t take on that many projects. After many messages stating my concerns about the delays costing me money, and not being updated when the closing agreements were being breached multiple times; and STILL being ignored- I would never EVER recommend her or the opposite party’s realtor “Bevan Faulkner of Keller Williams” to represent any family or friends of mine. Both parties stated the buyer had a language barrier so it caused problems with the deal. HIRE AN INTERPRETER. The delays ended up costing me thousands of dollars. But no one cared because they received their realtor fees regardless of the poor work they did. This was an absolute horrible experience I would never want anyone else to go through.
