The store has gone down hill since the manager Chris left. Orders always messed up now and nobody seems to know anything

This store cannot seem to keep employees. I am in this store several times a week for business and I have shopped at GFS stores in several other states. This one is poorly managed. I am currently watching a new cashier struggle while the trainer eats popcorn from a bag.
