Brought my car in for an oil change, 2 new tires and a faulty blinker. They said something bit through a wire of the blinker and that was the only issue with it. After bringing the car home and starting it for the first time every single warning light indicator came on and the car would die. when I called the store the mechanic was rude and was demanding that we would be paying for all of the issue we hadn’t had before visiting this shop.

I had my son car tow to their shop my problem is not as much with Goodyear has it is with Todd and his attitude. Your technician have a right to refuse to work on a car but I didn’t like your tone of voice. I called right back to talk with you but was told that you had left when on Wednesday you said the inside of the car was not clean enough for y’all to work on I had someone to come and clean it. When I called today it wouldn’t have been a problem if not for your smart tone of voice. Todd work on your attitude and tone of voice. I have been doin business with this location for over 10 years. You normally cover the seat anyway. I said my problem is not with Goodyear as a company but Todd and his attitude as an employee of Goodyear. Thanks

After consulting with Elencis today, my initial concerns about entering a new automotive shop were promptly alleviated. I had been directed to this Goodyear establishment by the tire manufacturer due to a warranty issue with tires purchased from a local dealer. Elencis provided excellent service, securing my immediate and future business. While it was my first visit to this Lee Hwy location, I highly recommend their services to anyone in need. The front office exhibited a wonderful blend of friendliness and professionalism today.

Shout out to the Goodyear @ Lee Hwy (near Shallowford Rd)! I do A LOT of driving, so you could say I'm high maintenance (see what I did there??). I'm in there and the Hixson locations quite a bit and have had nothing but stellar experiences with them and their handy work. They take time to explain my car's issues. They give me honest time estimates so I can plan ahead. And I've never had them recommend services based solely on my mileage like some other places. They actually check if I recently had the service done AND if I actually need it. And some may read this and think, "Well that's what they're SUPPOSED to do." My point exactly?.

I would only recommend this place if I absolutely hated you and wanted you to have a terrible time. First we went in because our wipers flew off our car in heavy rain, thanks carmax, so we were sent to them for our warranty. The wipers were said to be in that day, but it turned into a wait. No biggie, it happens. We can come back. We noticed that one of our back tires was leaking air so we also asked them to look at it for us when we returned. Turns out it was a patch done previously and they couldn't repair it so the only reasonable option was to replace the tires. The older white guy in his easily mid 60s to be polite, called carmax to see if they were covered under warranty and he told me that they were not and the tires and patch were put on BEFORE the car was in carmaxes possession. HOWEVER, I pulled up my contract I signed with carmax and it said very different. So I sat outside in the cold and called them myself and they told me the EXACT opposite. That carmax put those tires on, the patch was done by a carmax tech, AND I wouldn't have to pay anything. Whoever was on the other end of the line knew the guy personally as they were talking about family briefly before they switched back to my cars issues. I'm not sure if it was some sort of miscommunication or what but I was just happy it got sorted out. THEN after having to deal with another mid 40s man who felt the need to be condescending and unhelpful during the process, they didn't even replace the wipers properly. I was hoping for a simple explanation for why they didn't work and why we had to drive again, in heavy rain, with only one wiper.. but instead after this man had to take off the hood of the car to fix a wiper issue. he just left ALL and I mean ALL of my wipers on, AGAIN even the baby one in the back.. with no rain or wiper fluid on the windshield FULL SPEED HIGHEST SETTING to be all "you're good to go". Keep your bug eyed, rude, scroggy eyebrowed, attuide to yourself. Don't just stand there, in my way, grunkled and bug eyed, when I'm trying to get outside to shut that off. If it took you 5 times to get my car into reverse after you talked down to us the first time and then you can't even replace wipers properly without messing one up to the point it doesn't function, you should be more professional. Strongly urging carmax to recommend a different location to honor their warranties and to provide business for. The guy in his late 60s who greeted us was all "you're back again so soon" and once we explained he said "oh wow" in a tone that seems like he knew. Like if you aren't even surprised and seem like that's something you expected.. why talk to your customers like they're missing a frontal cortex bud?

These guys went above and beyond to help us out— especially so close to the holidays. I had a Goodyear tire warranty (from AL) and they honored it (in TN), took time to explain everything to us, and got us in and out in a speedy manner. As a woman, being treated with respect in an auto service facility means a ton to me, and these guys were so kind and respectful. I would easily drive 1.5 hours just to work with them again in the future.

I took my vehicle there under the advice of the place I bought it from because they were paying to fix the problem which Goodyear could never find or fix after multiple trips for a month total, but yet still charged Prestige Cars for. They called to say something fell on the hood negating to tell me they crashed into something with the right front bumper! I got there to pick it up and they denied they did it and I informed them I had before pictures of when I dropped it off. They were speachless when I showed them still in denial. Todd is a crook and a liar. Told me they turned it in on insurance and I am still waiting almost two months later to hear from insuranc. I'm saying they did not. Don't go there if you value your vehicle and time. They treated me like I was crazy and Lemont or whatever his name was acted like I was a fool! He even called Todd to tell him to sneak in the back way because I was out there waiting... I was waiting because no one handed me my key to leave. So I called the police and made a report because I knew something fishy was up. Glad I did in retrospect. DON'T GO THERE!!!

Professional great guys in there!!! I had just had my tire patched by another company. And my low air pressure light came on. They reassured me the company did a good patch on my tire and just low on other tire pressure on other tires.

Todd is so kind and helpful. I had to come out of town which is already an annoying experience but Todd answered all my questions respectfully and even showed me the issues with my tire and the whole process was very easy!

I always trust the Good Year on Lee Highway Chattanooga, TN Todd the manager is phenomenal. He always takes care of me and has a great personality and tends to my questions and concerns with my vehicle. Keep up the good work Good Year.
