Lamont Patterson with Goodyear definitely looked out for me here. I was a little short with the cash but he helped me out and made sure I got my oil changed. Highly recommend this place. Best customer service I've seen in years.

Come on and share my appreciation at Goodyear to Todd and Lamont. They're awesome they came from over by the mall that Goodyear and moved up to this one and they always have been real nice to me if something isn't broke don't fix it they don't charge me for stuff that don't need taking care of and then as far as the process go that's the only place I want to go as Goodyear because I know it's going to be guaranteed work and that they're going to do it right!!
Thanks so much guys for all your help You have no idea how much I appreciate y'all it's just me trying to take care of my car and I have a rough time but having you guys makes it a lot easier than doing it all by myself thank you so much!!❤️❤️

Trusting car repair companies can be difficult but I have never made a better decision than going here and trusting Todd. I go to him whenever something is wrong with my car and he always fixes it quickly and as economical as possible. He makes sure I get to use coupons for parts and never tries to up sale me. If your new to Chattanooga, it’s the place to go.

Worst experience of my life!! Traveling on a big family move find a worn tire. Called both PepBoys and Goodyear... Goodyear had less of a wait (their customer service shows why)... yes their tire price was cheaper but when you get asked by one employee to pull your car into the bay under his supervision (we had our 3 dogs in the car) then accosted by another when you walk out of the office for doing EXACTLY what asked to do... to walk away and have a other employee clarify and understand us all while first employee COREY WALKER was still yelling and running his mouth towards me and my husband. This continued on and on.. even though the fault was within their own communication (or lack of) and HIS (MR WALKER) lack of listening and understanding skills... as we were aware that this wasn't typical to allow us to drive our vehicle in he seemed to be unaware that we were customers doing what we were told to receive a service he is contracted to do. Unfortunate because EVERYONE else in the facility really worked with us.

The service I’ve received the couple times I’ve been here they’ve been very helpful and friendly especially Todd Brock he got me in and serviced ASAP!. I would definitely recommend this GoodYear auto service for their expertise and friendliness of the staff!

3/5/24 my ram 1500 blew a water pump and cut my serpentine belt, called numerous auto repair shops late Friday afternoon. The only shop that said they could help was Goodyear. Todd said bring it in. Truck get towed there close to closing time. They ordered the parts, took us to the hotel and keep us updated. The customer service and mechanical knowledge was outstanding. We made it back home to Florida safe thanks to Todd and his team. Thanks again from this old retired veteran. Keep up the outstanding work!!

I would only recommend this place if I absolutely hated you and wanted you to have a terrible time. First we went in because our wipers flew off our car in heavy rain, thanks carmax, so we were sent to them for our warranty. The wipers were said to be in that day, but it turned into a wait. No biggie, it happens. We can come back. We noticed that one of our back tires was leaking air so we also asked them to look at it for us when we returned. Turns out it was a patch done previously and they couldn't repair it so the only reasonable option was to replace the tires. The older white guy in his easily mid 60s to be polite, called carmax to see if they were covered under warranty and he told me that they were not and the tires and patch were put on BEFORE the car was in carmaxes possession. HOWEVER, I pulled up my contract I signed with carmax and it said very different. So I sat outside in the cold and called them myself and they told me the EXACT opposite. That carmax put those tires on, the patch was done by a carmax tech, AND I wouldn't have to pay anything. Whoever was on the other end of the line knew the guy personally as they were talking about family briefly before they switched back to my cars issues. I'm not sure if it was some sort of miscommunication or what but I was just happy it got sorted out. THEN after having to deal with another mid 40s man who felt the need to be condescending and unhelpful during the process, they didn't even replace the wipers properly. I was hoping for a simple explanation for why they didn't work and why we had to drive again, in heavy rain, with only one wiper.. but instead after this man had to take off the hood of the car to fix a wiper issue. he just left ALL and I mean ALL of my wipers on, AGAIN even the baby one in the back.. with no rain or wiper fluid on the windshield FULL SPEED HIGHEST SETTING to be all "you're good to go". Keep your bug eyed, rude, scroggy eyebrowed, attuide to yourself. Don't just stand there, in my way, grunkled and bug eyed, when I'm trying to get outside to shut that off. If it took you 5 times to get my car into reverse after you talked down to us the first time and then you can't even replace wipers properly without messing one up to the point it doesn't function, you should be more professional. Strongly urging carmax to recommend a different location to honor their warranties and to provide business for. The guy in his late 60s who greeted us was all "you're back again so soon" and once we explained he said "oh wow" in a tone that seems like he knew. Like if you aren't even surprised and seem like that's something you expected.. why talk to your customers like they're missing a frontal cortex bud?
Update: 3 months later, they flew off again worse than they did the first time. (In the highway, In heavy rain, when you need them most. But the wipers crossed.) I called Carmax and they said that it would be covered. A bit of a wait for the part dispite calling a few days in advanced until I could stop by, hoping it would've already been ordered, as carmax also talked to them on my behalf. But things went a lot better than the first time I dropped in and I appreciate that. I'll move it to a two star for the effort.

I would highly recommend the Goodyear store on 8650 Lee Highway for tire service and your service manager Lamont is the best , go went above and beyond to fix my flat tire and also helped with buying a valve stem tightener he is top notch at his job.
