Reminds me of a dungeon..Dark, dirty and regulars who basically run the store. Vultures sit and wait on vintage clothes to come out and “somehow” know exactly where they are when new bins come out. Rude staff who are too busy on their phones.

I was going to visit this store but after reading the reviews, I'm going to have to pass.

This used to be AWESOME! Unfortunately now the manager is a flipper herself and it's all garbage. I'm not sure how she got a job here after I watched her physically assault someone over a pair of shoes but sure enough she's there. Don't bother.

I enjoy thrift store shopping ,and have enjoyed shopping at the outlet store except for the pushing of customers by ones that are so rude. They say they speak no English but they know how to ruin your shopping experience. I have always spent a lot of money there and have gotten great buys on many things.
The staff at the store at the store well let me say are great. They have always been kind, and helpful. I went into the place and could hardly walk and the men there offered to carry my purchase to my automobile . They seem to enjoy working there.
I really have no problems shopping their except for the rude ,shoving and pushing by your customers and I guess you can't be blamed for that. The only thing you could do would be to have your works tell them unless their behavior is not changed they will be asked to leave for the rest of the day, they they can return the next day but must not be shoving your other customer's or they will be asked to leave again but for a longer period of time. One day someone is going to get hurt either by the ones doing the shoving or by the ones they shove. A real big fight would break out if some people come in their and decide that they will doing some shoving back at them
Anyway I do enjoy shopping there and the rule about no kids is great.
Sincerely,
Rose Blanchard

One star is not a low enough rating! This place was the most disgusting place I have EVER been to. I could barely get in the door before I was made to leave because I had kids. I have never been so disrespected. I would definitely NEVER recommend anyone to visit this place.

If I could give it 0 I would. After 15+ minutes of shopping and digging through bins a lady walked up to us and said we had to leave because no kids under 16 could enter. Not a single sign outside posted about the age limit. Not to mention the bins were trash. Didn’t find anything but junk they couldn’t sell in their retail store. 0/10

Drove 45 min to get here and as I’m approaching the door they tell me kids are NOT allowed anymore when my daughter has been here a couple times with her grandmother . Don’t waste your time if you have kids ! 16 and under are not allowed in the building 100% would not recommend Good will to anyone anymore .

I went on a Saturday (for my first time ever at this location) and I had an overall good time. It felt as calm as a Goodwill outlet could be. People did immediately start digging as soon as a bin came out - but at this location, they bring out the bin and walk away, so it makes sense. Other places I've been tell people when they can start or have a sheet covering and once they pull it, you can start digging. But I still didn't see any pushing or shoving or negative behavior. For me, personally, the only thing it "doesn't have going for it" is the fact that it does look like a basement. But that's fine for me.
The woman behind the counter was great. She was super kind and trying to check out multiple people at once, while answering questions, she was awesome. I overheard her explaining to someone why they don't allow kids under 16 years old and she was super kind about it and was trying to help them figure out the best solution. I'll go back next time I'm in the area.

Decided to go on a goodwill hunt today to all of chattanoogas good wills to see what they have. Got to this location, absolutely rude. Not even ten steps in the lady behind the counter yells no children multiple times. No signs posted, no nothing. Multiple customers agreed that thats ridiculous and said "the kids don't even know what's going on in there...

I’m hoping to go soon, however it’s a 2+ hour drive. I realize that everything is already drastically reduced but do they offer 1/2 off days or any other special pricing for larger/smaller items.

So this Goodwill Outlet location is under new management. We are working very hard to address the issues and get the tables on a faster rotation. Things are already improving and they will just keep getting better as we grow. There is already a faster rotation of tables and we will continue to get faster as our staff grows. So come see us and the changes that we’ve made. And if you’re looking for furniture we’ve got ya covered!
