It's crowed as hell in this store and my sister told me. I was being followed as if I was stealing. Which is weird because I had no bag,like a purse,no pockets or anything just a dress and car keys in my hand. Where would I put something in order to steal???? Bottom line as Asians owning a business in low class areas. If you are this traumatized by theft or whatever. Don't put your business in that area.

I was shopping for Rearanger by Carefree..I purchased 4 jars I got home and had 3. I called back the next day the Gentle elderly man said I Didn't leave it in the Store. You cee I watched him ring it up, put them in the bag.yet I couldn't find the 4th jar when I hot home!!! 8 days later my Daughter called from Alabama. Saying she had found my rearanger under the seat. I was so thrilled. Im posting this to say. In my mind i though he had cheated me. But now it was me. We must chech our own self first before accusing. Others.. Ive been shopping at GOLDEN MART FOR YEARS yes they have so many products. I still can find what i need in this store. Thanks fir serving thos community..

This place is ridiculous! I ordered a wig online and paid for 3-4 day shipping. The hair arrived 7 days later and it was not the color I ordered. I had to email customer service for over a week requesting reimbursement for shipping and a return label. No one would respond, so I took it as a loss, and predicted it was all a scam, and threw the wig out (it was a crazy color could not even wear it). Finally, they resonded! The response was, you ordered 1B, a color mix is a different color. That was it, literally one sentence! I responded and advised I did not receive the color I ordered, what about the shipping fee, can you reimburse? They responded a day or so later with, you ordered 1B and we shipped a 1B. Again, that was it, one sentence. Please don't waste your time here, this is a fraudulent scam. Should have read the reviews!

I went into this store to purchase 100% human braiding hair. The hair they had in stock was a minimum of 10 years old and had brands that were no longer available anymore. I asked if there was a discount since the hair was old and brittle asked if they had newer hair. I was told that he was “wasting his breath talking to me.”

I purchased hair online what they showed online is not what was sent to me. I sent an email still no response and they don’t have a phone number to contact customer service. I wish I read these reviews before I made my purchase. Money down the drain if they don’t get back to me I will report them.

Everyone in this store needs a crash course in customer service and how to treat a person as a human. No one offered to help even after multiple times asking. The owners and the 2 latino men were rude. They insult me as if my patronage of their doesn't pay their bills. Ive dealt with many asian hair establishments all over the country and while some had problems, this was by far my worse experience. For my black sisters and brothers avoid at all costs unless you like being treated like u don't matter. Disrespectfully.
