He is absolutely amazing. I had had bad experiences with other stylists, so I was quite reluctant to try anyone else. I asked a friend who does her hair, because it looks awesome. She sent me to his salon and the rest is history. I told him he can never leave our area! lol My teen daughter also goes to him. You know teens can be hard to please, but she adores him and his styling abilities.

Geno's Salon is a lovely salon with painting done by Geno's mother and nice plants to give a comfortable setting. Most importantly, Geno is great at color and cut. He helped me transition from color to white during the pandemic. Geno changed my hair cut to layers and found natural curl. I get compliments on my hair weekly. Two of my friends have started to to Geno.Services: Hairstyling

Wonderful experience. Geno takes time to talk about what you want and listens. Very pleased with the results.

Geno is great both personally (he's sweet and fun to be with, something that's important in a hair stylist imo) and professionally! I highly recommend!

Went to Geno because my fiancé’s mom gets her hair cut by him.
First of all, I was very nervous as I’m not used to being around people in the first place but also I get nervous whenever I’m getting my hair cut by someone new as I have naturally curly hair. I had not gotten my hair cut in two years so it was really long and damaged with broken, split ends.
First sign that I knew Geno was going to be good was because he said he was going to cut my hair dry and not wet. If you do some research you will learn that this is actually the proper method to cut curly hair and most people do not cut it dry. He mentioned he liked using some of the DevaCurl method and I had first heard of this method around 10 or 11 years ago when my mom purchased the book called “Curly Girl” for me. Until now, I had not personally met any hair stylist to my knowledge who knew of this and/or followed this method.
I told him previous stylists had cut it wet and done some scoop layering and face framing. Told him this time I didn’t want too much cut off and wanted more of a 1980s’ style cut.
He combed my hair out and cut it while dry...then washed my hair using DevaCurl products...then put Paul Mitchell Twirl Around in my hair. After that, had me hold my head upside down while he blow dried my hair with a diffuser attachment while I guess scrunching it in a way to bring out more of my natural curl.
I am EXTREMELY happy with how he did my hair and will continue to go to him in the future. Told my sister about my experience and now my sister wants to go get her hair cut there too.
