“I just wanna say Ms. Shelby makes my day, EVERYDAY. People underestimate gas station hospitality but personally, it’s more to me than that. I could wake up having the worst day, Omw to work and stopping to get my energy drink as usual, and it could be the smallest comment or her saving my favorite drink flavor in the back, or suggesting items on sale, helping my coworkers with their car problems. her attitude is everything and more. And we need more of that. Everyone could use a little more positivity in their day and y’all truly have star on your hands. She lifts my day and specifically today she did it again and I had to brag. Always quick to offer new products and does his best to keep things in stock for you. There are one or two items I buy personally that are almost always out of stock other places. Almost never at the 76.”

“First, I just saved 45cents per gallon of gas using my Fuel Perks Card!!! Also, I believe the deli/hot food employees work very hard and is always super nice! My family has been shopping at another local Food City but we recently moved to the St Elmo area and I tend to shop there daily. Although, the new Publix recently opened and I did try them, they just have a small selection of the food, even vegan food, for double the cost! There is however a smell of “weed” following customers inside the store, but hey, it doesn’t bother me any… especially after shopping at the store on Shallowford Rd and Lee Hwy. lol. At least the homeless population isn’t as demanding at St Elmo. I try to help out when I can by buying a hot plate. Oh, my only complaint would be the extreme increase on produce that is prepared and not sealed. Oh but the older gentleman about 70ish told me that the price was due to “the man in office” and until the next election, there’s probably nothing that will happen. I did tell him that I wasn’t there to discuss politics and walked off. He might want to stay in his lane on that topic. I was nice about it though.”

“My daughter was in an automobile accident year's ago. It happened around 10:30pm, and I was scared to death! I jumped in my car, was low on gas, didn't even think to grab my wallet! I stopped at Raceway and sweet Darin told me to get what I needed and get to Chattanooga!(50 minutes away) I was trying to hurry so I pumped $20 and jumped in my car and left. She was in the hospital for 5 day's, but as soon as she got out and settled, I went and paid. I hope I thanked him that night, but I was in a panic! Thank you, Darin! You may not remember, it was when Mal was 16! But, I will never forget it! ❣”

“Great spot to fill before hitting anywhere really with the 3cents off u get it's the cheapest around the area only downside for us would be can't use Walmart pay or any affiliated programs at their pumps unless they are open p.s. also little frustration with tobacco promotions so most online coupons like 1.00$ off a pk. ect.... Cant be used due to the fact the station does not appear on nearby location so can only apply paper/physical coupons ..”
