Thank you for reaching out regarding my recent review. I appreciate your efforts to understand and address my concerns. However, I believe my feedback accurately reflects my experience.
When I visited your store, I was specifically looking for specialty items that I expected your business to offer. Unfortunately, I found that your inventory was quite limited and consisted primarily of items that are easily found at numerous other retailers. This was disappointing, as I had chosen your store in the hopes of finding something unique.
I understand that running a business can be challenging, and providing excellent customer service is important. However, the issue at hand was not only with the service itself, but with the product selection. Offering a wider range of unique or specialty items would significantly enhance the value of your business and better meet the needs of customers like myself.
I hope this feedback is helpful and constructive. I encourage you to consider expanding your inventory to better align with the expectations set by your marketing or business description.

The ladies at Gannon are top notch. Knowledgeable, and friendly, they always take the time to help me find something I really love. I've had several pieces framed here, and they always do a bang up job. I've tried a few other places around town, but the service, pricing, and turn around time at Gannon are the best. If you have something you care about displaying in a quality frame, go to Gannon Art Center!

I've used Gannon many times over the last 10-15 years. They have a wonderful selection of framing to chose from. Their custom work is likely the best in this area. They have also come to my home to hang larger, heavier pieces to ensure the pieces were installed correctly. I highly recommend.

We recently had six pieces framed. The staff was fantastic with excellent vision for what would look best. The work was done well and quicker than we were quoted. I would strongly recommend them for framing work.
