Some of the female workers had a snotty attitude and didn’t want to help me, and called someone else. They have a good selection of games, and it seemed like a bigger store. Definitely worth checking them out if you can tolerate the rude customer service.

Just not a fan of Gamestop like in the good Ole days.its so crowded with toys and useless collectibles that it feels like your helping clean out a storage unit for an old friend that had spent his life savings at comicon.

Leah and Leon are some of the most helpful and entertaining store associates I've ever witnessed at a GameStop and make shopping at this location so pleasant. Their whole team and atmosphere is really great, and they really do care to help customers find what they want (even if the item doesn't seem to exist in store, they can help find answers!). I hope this store will stay alive for years to come, because I still really enjoy going to this game store!

Stock is not so great. Can't find prices on some of the bigger items. Makes me sad because I loved taking my son there.

A video game store that won't accept returns of video games. I'd suggest purchasing anything you want here on Amazon. Not only is it cheaper but you can return the items you don't want. If you do purchase from here, make sure it's with an Amex so you can open a dispute when you inevitably are burned by this absolutely ridiculous policy.

Ariel with the purple hair needs to understand that maybe customer service just isn’t her calling. Not only will she belittle you in front of others as a customer, she was openly gossiping about the other employees while customers are waiting to be attended to. Everyone else I have interacted with here has been amazing…. Her on the other hand has made me question if I am planning on coming back. And that’s FROM someone with a lifelong resume of working in the customer service industry.

They were supposed to be a buy to pre-owned games get one free cheapest price free and their system when they scanned it would not work and tried to charge me for all three of them. The system also would not let them look up my membership and allow me to use it for discounts or points

Another Eric review. Didn't let my 15 year old son return a pair of headphones without ID. He had the receipt, box was undamaged, everything in order, but refused to return without ID. Called a few other GameStops to see if ID was needed, and that's NOT the case. Eric was rude and argumentive towards me when asked about it. We wont be using this GameStop anymore. Goodluck management, with this kind of employee.

Guy named Eric helped me with some trade-ins. Ran the transaction without asking if I wanted cash or in-store credit. As the receipt was beginning to be printed I asked him if he ran it as store credit, which he replied with "you told me you wanted store credit". I tried telling him this was not the case, as I drove out with a specific purpose to use the cash I'd get from my trade ins. He called me a liar, was extremely rude and unhelpful.Fortunately, the assistant manager Seth helped with the situation and rectified it. Never returning to this GameStop, on account of Eric, again.

Great experience!!! Had issues with an order. Called and explained what happened and no problem...was sent brand new product without even having to send the other order back. Thank you so much!!!!
