Was in the store for quite some time because there was only one person there working and they hadn't worked in a while so it took them a while to get what I needed done. And prices were different than when I called about a switch, higher in the actual store.

I went into the store and there was a cashier and a person trying to figure out what PlayStation he wanted to buy but then they try to sell him an already sold PlayStation, and that took about 30 minutes, but then another guy walked in. He was a another cashier, so I went up to him and asked if he was open and he said very rudely no then in the manager walks in and then the first cashier walks up to him, and the manager said “ not all of us, are working, you know” so then, eventually, I just walked out.

The worst person they could’ve ever hire is the white funny build guy with long hair he is they racist when it comes to Black people other than that the other workers are cool and calm. It’s just something about him. What makes me not want to visit the store

All game stops are the same but I didn’t have the greatest experience here I traded in my controller for a newer one but they had given my a broken controller I tryed to return it maybe 2 days later and they want me to pay another 20 for me to get another one

A video game store that won't accept returns of video games. I'd suggest purchasing anything you want here on Amazon. Not only is it cheaper but you can return the items you don't want. If you do purchase from here, make sure it's with an Amex so you can open a dispute when you inevitably are burned by this absolutely ridiculous policy.
