This location has friendly staff, is clean & has complimentary coffee while you shop. We LOVE their quality furniture & have been customers since 2007 for Lubbock, TX location. We purchased from Chattanooga store back in 2021 & everything was great!! We came back recently & Chad was friendly, VERY knowledgeable & we didn't feel pressured to buy or rushed in any way. We have worked with him several times (driving from Atlanta so we wanted to make sure before buying) & he's been consistently kind, patient & professional. This is my kind of shopping experience!!

I love furniture row. We drove from Nashville to Chattanooga to get a new mattress and found a great rug while there. We will be back to get our dining room table and hutch next month

Large showroom with lots of different options to choose from. The salesperson was friendly and didn't bear down on us but was always nearby if we had any questions. Pricing was sometimes hard to figure out though. The sales information would be covering the page for pieced separately pricing and it was difficult to tell sometimes if the price was for everything you see or only one piece of the grouping.

Wonderful service, the manager is so friendly and helpful. I had the best time shopping for a sectional. Great quality as well I was hesitant but so glad I made the choice to go give them a chance!

I placed a large order with them in 2012 and got some beautiful living room furniture. Still in good shape, but I decided to go ahead and change out anyway. Had nothing but positive response from the people working at Denver Mattress and furniture row. Purchased a living room suite a dining table and chairs and a mattress that goes up and down like a doctors bed. Totally satisfied with every aspect of Denver Mattress and furniture row. High-end furniture for decent prices. Highly recommended by me.

The have nice looking furniture, but don’t expect to ever get it. I ordered at the end of June with promised delivery mid-July. Still have not seen the majority of the items, and their customer service does not respond for hours.
