I wanted to thank Mark from the pharmacy team! He was such a great help today. He was so caring and genuine. You could tell he really cares about his customers. He was very knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was just another"transaction". I wish there were a lot more people like Mark out there. Thank you so much

Food City in general is one of my favourite grocery store to shop. I have enjoyed their fresh produce. I like that they have organic/natural produce. Since I moved into the neighborhood, I have been coming at this particular Food City and the employees have been helpful & friendly all around. Whether its the stockers, at the checkout, or baggers EVEN the staff responsible of loading groceries in your vehicles. I have used their internet order and pickup several times. I was quite pleased with their service. My personal groceries shopper was communicative. If there were any specials or deals, the shopper looked out for you. Overall, I thought they had great selections which led to a great experience on my part. As for the gas prices at Food City, I feel they always have the lowest gas prices. Also, bu having points from shopping adds into that savings. I am pleased with this particular Food City.

Terrible service. Rude woman in deli told me "we ain't slicing no more meat. We are trying to clean up so we can go home". This was at 8pm. The very next evening at 630, same rude white woman just looked at me and never even asked me if I needed anything. Another young black woman also just looked at me while she was on her phone with ear phones in. I will NEVER go back. Take an extra 2 min and drive to one of the 2 nearby Publix stores.

Again..... Worst place ever to purchase groceries! 1. Asked for the difference between the two Roast beef brandsyiu have in the deli.... Answer.... The brand..... NO SH@T SHERLOCK! I can see that myself! 2. Is there a taste difference? Answer..... One is more rare than the other.....oh that tells me a lot about the taste!!!! SMH 3. I'd like 1 lb sliced No. 1 for sandwiches I Got a bag of mush, looked like it was ran through a blender! Thanks for asking me if the first sliced was to thin!!!!!! 4. I wanted sliced pepper jack cheese I've given up by now and go to the dairy section for cheese 5. I went for Coke products.... It's a Saturday night and not one single diet Coke in the store! 6. Parked buggy in an aisle, walked past a manager, a front end Supervisor, and not one hello, can I help you, have a good day or kiss my you know what!!! 7. Thanks East Brainerd Foid City, you knocked it out of the ballpark today!!!!!

Missed the Grand Re-opening due to there being not a single parking space available, but I was thrilled to finally visit the new store recently. The same variety of produce (sadly), but at least the new section is well kept with the updated refrigeration. It is a pleasure to shop at Food City instead of a bargain basement chore. The prices are the same low prices, and can I just give a big "yay" to the fact we can now buy wine at the grocery.
