I absolutely love this place the owner and his entire staff are great people! I’m a black male and never once felt out of place Clarke,his wife and his manager PR are wonderful people! they don’t care your race or religion or background they are genuine good people they care about there customers I only buy jewelry from them! If you want a nice watch or good quality jewelry in general shop here!!!

Just had a fantastic first experience at Fischer Evans with a jewelry repair and cleaning! The staff were very polite and knowledgeable, the turn around time was super fast and for a more than reasonable cost!! I will be back for sure myself and spread the word, it is great to have such an high quality jewelry store downtown!!!

I took a watch to Fischer Evans on the afternoon of 12/28/20 to ask them to please remove some links. Upon a very brief inspection, the Fischer Evans representative informed that my watch was a fake. I began to explain how I highly doubted that IBM would have given my grandfather a fake Rolex in 1981 for his 25th year anniversary with the company. I was also able to produce the original packaging, serial number, and paperwork for the watch. This watch has since been serviced, authenticated, and adjusted at Finks.Please also know that the reason I have this watch is because my grandmother recently passed. This was a way for our family to keep special pieces and history maintained. I was shocked to have been met with such accusations, with little tact, and distrust by what I thoughts was a highly respected Chattanooga business.Overall, my concerns are the way in which the representative communicated with me (a customer), the lack of empathy, and the inability to identify and service a very well known brand. Upon further research, I see that Fischer Evans is not an official Rolex retailer, and I would caution anyone against allowing them to service such a piece.

It's not too often for me that a place lives up to my expectations, but Fischer Evans was everything I've always thought it would be. I've lived here for most of my life but had never visited the store. An online search for a gift led me here, so I finally made it in. The jewelry is downstairs here and the gifts, china, wedding registry and stuff like that are upstairs. Rachel took great care of me in the gift department. How nice in this day and age to go to a business and get old-fashioned great and friendly service. Rachel wrapped my gift in Fischer Evans wrap to complete a quintessentially Chattanooga gift. Can't beat it. Will be back soon.

My fiance had my ring custom made with Fischer Evans. There was a mix up regarding the size but the owner, Clarke, reached out to us personally to make sure we were happy with the resolution. The ring itself is beautiful and I will be proud to wear it for the rest of my life. We were both really impressed with Fischer Evans' commitment to service.

This store is a gem & lovely historic part of downtown Chattanooga. Fischer Evans host beautiful exhibitions year round and they always have something new and sparkly to catch your eye!!

I went into Fischer Evans on Valentine's Day for a last minute procrastinated gift for my girl friend. Upon arrival in the store I was greeted by a woman who claimed to be there "gemologist". Firstly As a sales person my self I can't stand "getting qualified" you should never be asked what you do for work, to ensure you make enough money. I asked the lady if I could browse she insisted to follow me so she can show me what they have. As she was following me she would pull out various things for me to look at. One was a $6400 bracelet. I mentioned it was out of the range I was looking to spend, so asked if I "loved my valentine?" She pulled out a pair of earrings 3500 dollars and then she asked "what are you willing to spend" I told her my budget was $1000, she pulled out a necklace and I told her I liked it however it was 1275. I mentioned again that I was only looking to spend 1000 and she said "sir I won't be haggled by you" then she brought out some earrings not even in the the glass case and told me that they were 85 or 95 dollars. And I said no thanks and left. This lady was so rude, don't spend your money there, the place is a hoax!
