Like any other bank these days. Using whatever practices they have up their sleeves to keep you away from your funds.They tout their easy mobile deposit, on the app it implies next day availability, then slaps 5 day hold on funds already cleared from issuers acct..lol, all criminals no banking for you accept the beast currency , I mean your UBI

This bank is probably one of the worst banks to bank with AND to work for. Wouldn't even give it one star. My first week there I was seeking knowledge on loans and was told to go to TVFCU because if you're not rich you won't get approved. Even as an employee. Not only have I not been compensated for my remaining time with this company, but when I was trying to resolve this issue with Denise in Payroll, she only let me say two words before she and I have it recorded "you know what, I am hanging up on you" and has now blocked my number. I worked for the East Brainerd branch. My boss was Barbara Rodgers. I reported her to HR due to the disrespect, belittlement, and unethical behavior I was shown during my year employment. I literally was in a meeting with her and I had to interrupt her a few times to advise her how she was treating me/the things she was saying to me with my mom passing were inappropriate and disrespectful. Then had to advise her how a situation should have been handled. Two weeks into my employment my branch manager (Barbara) walks out of her office, and in front of everyone ask me about my mom's mental health, health, and if she struggles with addiction because her and my mom had the same zodiac sign. After reporting her finally to HR after 10 months being under her management, I was in a hour and a half long meeting with James Morgan and Charly Dena explaining everything to them that has happened. Nothing was fixed. Our team never even got the mediation meeting we had requested. Instead, I was advised by my direct leader that my branch manager was out for revenge. This came after getting a final write up for complaints that I received earlier last year 2022 due to new procedures I was having to implement per my direct leader Avis Love. I wasn't written up before, was not given a verbal warning, nothing. Then a week after I went to HR I was handed a final write up. Which means I was now fireable if I get complained on again. Shortly after that no shocker here, a customer that had been banking with us for 20 years complained on me because. "I denied her 3 checks" in the drive thru. This was not true, and I knew immediately what was going on. I had taken 20+ checks in the drive thru from consumers in the drive thru. Even have witnesses stating they did not see, nor hear me deny any customers 3 checks in the drive thru. My side was not listened to. I was then fired a week later. This company has some of the WORST, TOXIC, DISRESPECTFUL people working for them and unfortunately for the employees these are management roles that these people are in. Now I'm having to deal with not being compensated for what I worked when I was first hired. This has been the most mentally deteriorating job I have ever had employment with. As an employee there, I watched clients get treated with unprofessional, disrespect, nasty facial expressions behavior from Barbara Rodgers. If you are not rich this isn't the bank for is what I learned my year there. I have literally heard her say "eh they don't bring this bank any money I don't care about their problem, I'll handle it later, maybe." Outrageous. I'm warning everyone, do yourselves a favor and go some where else for your employment/banking needs.

Today I had the worst experience I have ever had in any bank branch. I went in to withdraw funds from my account and was told that my government issued military ID could not be used because it didn't look like a regular ID card. I have used this same ID before at this location. I had to drive to another location with the same ID to pull my funds out. I will never go to this location again. It is not military friendly or maybe its how I look who knows. Do not recommend this branch.
