Super friendly and very helpful staff and I even got there literally 3 min before they were closing. I had to send something overnight that was super important and the man that helped me said he was going to personally run it back to the warehouse it needed to go to immediately so my package did not miss the flight. Now that's what I call customer service ?

My shipment was late!!! And no one from FedEx will refund me the shipping cost which was $50.00. No wonder they have a 3.5 rating out of 5 stars. I paid $50.00 for 2 day shipping on my order. Do not deal with FedEx request Ups for orders that keep there promise.

Very quick. It’s not a FedEx that many go to or in a busy area, therefore it’s very quick to get in and out.

We were so lost. We came here per the nav system. And thought great, this is close. We rolled up and were in the "Shipping" center. This location only does FedEx shipping. This is not a business center. There is no printing, or shedding, or copying. This is soly for shipping stuff. Don't get mad, don't be confused... shipping only

I paid for an overnight delivery. They received it and did not deliver it. Then the winter storm settled in and was not able to deliver it for another six days. Absolute idiots. It was medical equipment.

Some of the locations do not offer full packaging (speciality packages for laptops) service at night, just sell regular boxes.

I was told several different stories it takes forever to actually speak to a person. I was told my package was delivered then I was told it would be delivered to my house and one told me it was still sitting at FedExWas not happy it took over a week to find out it had been delivered to the dollar store

Drivers will not deliver to my home. They were told that I did not live at the location they delivered to and the driver said we deliver it here anyway. Horrible service.
