This isn't personal to Hixson FedEx except UPS Hixson is tons faster and friendlier than this particular visit at FEHixson. So, we have a box of shoes whose return label is FedEx. How dumb is that? Because FedEx won't allow shoeboxes to be shipped except within another box. Buy theirs or pack your own. I was disappointed to hear this bc my box was packed, taped and labeled and ready to go! So, I've contacted the large brand of shoe seller to let them know this and hopefully they will change to another form of shipping. Shoe boxes are very stable and also recycle. I see no reason to pack a box within a box. My bad for not reading their "policy" before attempting to ship. Also, heads up to anyone else returning shoes that the shoebox mat not be covered with paper either. NO. Shoe. BOXES. THANK YOU.

Robin went above and beyond making sure my items were in the correct type and size packages and both packages were received in perfect condition.

I absolutely love this store because of this team. They are like friends to me at this point! They are all so helpful, kind & do great work fast! I’m oftentimes on the go or in a hurry, and they take care of my shipping needs ASAP!

Went here tonight around 6:55 to run off some copies. There was a lady at the counter being helped, so i stood in line patiently waiting. I was taken aback, and offended by the employee who was helping the lady then stops, to ask me if I was there to print something? I said yes. She then points me to the self printer and says, "I get off at 7, and nobody is going to be or need to be in the store in a minute." Thank you ma'am!! I will take my business up the street to the UPS store, where they're ALWAYS POLITE, and you can get off work on time!!

Jonathan in store # 0527 waited on me.I was worried because I had a complex international shipment with invoices and bills of gladdening.Jonathan knew all about it and handled the whole thing in a friendly and efficient process.Much better experience than with the "Brown truck guys".

I was overnighting critical medical records. Jordan was great...knowledgeably, confidently, professionally, and efficiently took care of packaging and handling my order. Couldn't have been smoother or easier! I rarely ship overnight. Cost was more than I expected but at 4:50pm there were still 3 options for overnight arrival (~ 8 or 10am or 4pm) with prices varying accordingly.
