These morons always leave the main road where my property is, which has clear numbers outside, and they drive up a side road, which IS NOT my address to deliver my packages... and they can not be educated otherwise because... "MUH GPS FROM FEDEX!"

I'm sure you do drug tests and background checks for drivers, maybe add reading comprehension to the test, the box clearly states "do not bend" on every side. Yet all I see are bends caused by pure incompetence. Don't tell me this doesn't happen often, I worked directly with the 3 main shipping services and FedEx drivers were the only ones to throw boxes 10+feet into trucks, it's unfortunate my shipper decided to use your service.

I went in and asked if they could make sure that my package was delivered the very next day. They said yes but now it is going to take 5 days for it to be delivered and all they gave me was were sorry!?

Pick an issue, whether it be general rudeness, an inability to find a package by your phone # ( though their company is texting you..) ,your address ( though their company was at your door..), an automated phone system that does everything it can to Not get you to customer service , this is an extremely unpleasant and unefficient place to do business; it will be avoided in the future.

I was at this store last week. I needed 2 copies. I do not how to use their copiers. I wasn't feeling well so I asked a young woman behind if she could make themShe was okay to do it after telling me it would cost $5 plus the charge for the copies. Total $6.10. NOT again!! $5 for an employee to walk a few steps to the copier? They were not busy either.Lastly, employees should not read what they are coyping! One of mine was for my doctor!

Our company uses this FedEx to ship packages several times a week and they are always great! Ryan and the crew there are nice, friendly and super helpful! We get in and out quickly every time. Highly Recommend!
