Worst delivery service ever! FedEx has their driver's on such a time constraint that they don't have time to do their job right.

I have 2 packages that have been sitting at this FedEx warehouse since 01/16/24. Tracking on these pkgs told me that and nothing else. I called FedEx customer service today to find out why I haven't received these pkgs. After this, I won't buy from any business/person that ships FedEx and I will never ever do business there again. First, I repeatedly explained that my pkgs, according to tracking report, had been sitting at FedEx warehouse since 01/16 with no update & each time The C.S. rep told me to call USPS to find out why pkgs were at FedEx. When USPS is delivering FedEx economy pkgs, FedEx always tenders pkgs to USPS. So they would have no clue why pkgs are stuck with fedex. I was told that at FedEx, it's against company policy for you to speak to a supervisor if a customer service rep isnt doing their job. I also learned that a PKG has more rights than the customer at FedEx. Rep wouldn't tell me if FedEx was going to tender pkgs to postal service because that would compromise safety of the pkgs. I guess there's always danger around every corner if you are a pair of women's boots. That FedEx employee I spoke with today totally turned me against everything FedEx. If the company policy is that no customer can speak to a customer service supervisor when the customer feels like they aren't getting proper service from a representative, then FedEx needs to stop hiring morons and idiots as their customer service reps.

I KNOW WE HAD BAD WEATHER BUT TO HAVE MY PACKAGE LOADED OUT THREE DAYS IN A ROW SCANNED OUT FOR DELIVERY REALLY SUCKS WHEN YOU DRIOP OFF 3 DOORS DOWN AND DONT DROP AT MY SHOP. THEN TO TOP IT OFF YOU PUT ON ALL THREE DAYS COULDNT ATTEMPT BAD WEATHER... LOL

This company shouldn't have 3 stars if I could do half a star I would. There drivers that get the product across country are great but the distribution facilities, customer service and delivery drivers. Are awful. In my area. Used to not be this way but in the last few years it has went down hill bad. 2 day shipping should not take 5-6 days. Maybe 3 if there was a legitimate reason.

Has delivered packages to a different address then is what is on the label. Illinois cal center is extremely rude. 3rd package they have to track down and rediliver

One of the drivers in my area doesn't even bring packages to my door! Instead of pulling in my driveway, like everyone else does, he slows down in the road and tosses my items over my fence! This is totally unacceptable! I have a driveway for a reason!!

Ordered a Apple Watch from target FedEx driver left an empty box on my porch upside down so his picture showed it being delivered. I’ve filed a police report and gave them the drivers name as person of interest. They also have video footage from my cameras. Driver is going to have a warrant for his arrest. Can’t wait. I called FedEx they could care less. No help at all!

My pkg was misplaced was supposed to get Monday. Got it today. Have had the best gal that delivered as told in tracking. Tracking didn't work this order so hopefully just a glitch. But will not get deliveries here. Just get them sent to my friends or brother.

On Sunday they said my package was attempted to be delivered but how is that I was home. On Monday my package was suppose to be redelivered but was still in the warehouse. I called customer service three time and was told three different things. It was a horrible experience. I will never use them again. I wish I could give zero stars.

I don’t know who your delivery person is that comes out of Chattanooga and delivers to Henagar Alabama but they are the laziest person we have ever seen.They left our chewy order setting in the driveway in the rain and ruined the dog food. They had to go 20 more steps to put it on the front porch. They just left a $500 grill for a jeep laying in the driveway for everyone driving by to see. Then again today they left our Walmart order laying in the driveway. They have been asked multiple times to put it on the porch so it can’t be seen or get wet. But no one in Chattanooga cares. The bad thing is when they did it today there was already a UPS delivery on the porch and this lazy person just left in the driveway propped up by the garage door. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen

Don’t bother calling…you won’t be able to talk to a representative. You can’t even ask general questions.
