I first shopped at farmers in Florida and loved it!
Bought most of our furniture here at the hixson pike location and never had an issue until my last purchase. In November I went in and purchased a bed for my son, set up automatic payments for the 11th of each month and went on my way. From December until April I had been receiving calls every day from the first to the 11th, sometimes multiple per day. Even though Gayle had been told it's on auto pay. Literally received a call, talked to Gayle, and she called back 10 minutes later to discuss my account.. I finally reached out the the manager and it was fixed.. fast forward to this month.. I completely forgot that I needed to change CC on my account and after 6 calls that started again on the first ( not because of the CC) and continued, I realized this and called immediately to remedy the problem. I have received multiple phone calls since with voicemails saying we need to discuss my account. Upon returning home from vacation I have a collections letter that is dated 2 days after payment was made with a late charge fee.
I will add that I have never been late on a payment in 7 years. This last payment was an accident that I fixed as soon as I realized. The phone calls that I have received are nothing short of harassment! I will NEVER purchase from this farmers again.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
This place was great until I ran into a problem with a refrigerator. Which should have been no problem cause I bought the extended warranty. Well no, the extended warranty is a joke. The store did not help with anything for about 4 months. I can’t go that long without a refrigerator so I bought another and told them to come pick up there’s. They told me they would not pick it up so I threw it away. They told me okay thank you. It’s now been 7 months and I got a call from “ Naomi” with quite the attitude telling me they’re ready to pick up my item. She then proceeded to tell me I have way more items than I ever had. I have the original contract and can show my items that I signed for. She proceeded to tell me I was lying. Now she is taking it to the attorneys. Beware if you have any issues with your items they will not help!

Was leaving for Texas in less than 72 hours from when I first walked in the store. I needed a bedroom set before I left. They accommodated both me and my fiance greatly by selling us the floor model, and helping load it into my uhaul. After everything, I still had a day and a half before I left. Me & my fiancée can see Jesus in them & we will definitely be looking to this establishment for furniture again in the future.

I can longer encourage people to shop this store. We purchased two recliners and a cabinet. Right off the bat but within 30 days of purchase, one of the doors on the cabinet quit closing properly and the feet were not setup properly. Those items were fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Several months later we discovered a manufacturers issue with one of the recliners. Long story short, we visited and called the store twice and made several phone calls. Originally they said they were contacting the manufacturer for us to get it repaired/replaced. From then on we just got excuses as to why no one had come out. Then the manager told us they only have one person taking care of repairs and he only does warranty work one day a week and we were way down on the list. Bless the poor souls that purchase the store's extended warranty. Save your money and shop at a higher quality store.

Great experience . Kelly did a phenomenal job taking care of what I needed and I can’t say enough about delivery team. Robert was very professional and friendly and made sure all was put together and functioning before he left!

I love Farmers Home Furniture and have made multiple purchases and had several deliveries. Kelly is the best!! Robert is so professional with his deliveries. The Hixson location has excellent employees. Always willing to step in, help and are very friendly. Manager is great too!!!
