I ran my laundry through 3 different dryers, and it still came out cold and damp. I also did not feel safe there.

I arrived at 10:25p & door was locked your worker was mopping as another was folding their clothes, why say last load at 11p & wash is 22 or so minutes long, which was all I need if you close at 12A, your worker does this all the time & is rude about it. Please update your sign to accommodate your worker.

The prices keeps going up on the washing machines to wash your clothes and they had shorten the time on the dryers. You have to put more quarters in the machine to thoroughly dry your clothes.

Dangerous Horrible Place. Do not go here! A disgrace to Chattanooga. Drunk bums living and fighting inside.You'll get stabbed here. I've been here 3 times and will never return. The last time I called the number on the wall and told them two homeless smelly drunk men were inside blatantly drinking liquor and one was brandishing a knife to the other and talking about how he was gonna stick someone. There were two latina families inside who left immediately. Anyway I called the number and they said they would call police. Police never showed, so they likely never called. The washateria on the opposite side is clean and somewhat safer.
