I had the BEST experience ever here at EAB in Chattanooga. My stylist; Victoria, literally understood the assignment! She was the sweetest, friendly, and SO helpful. Victoria took the time to get to know me and what kind of style that I was going for. She did not rush at all when she was looking at dresses or when I modeled the dresses for my family. She made me try on many styles as well as the one I "wanted". Of course, we didn't stick to one style so she had me try on multiple until she knew that I knew it was the one. I appreciate her and thank her so much for helping me find the ONE! Details were everything and if you are looking for a place to find your forever dress PLEASE stop by at EAB with Victoria! You will not regret.

As a plus size girly, wedding dress shopping was terrifying to me. On Friday, I worked with Victoria and trusted her completely to find a dress that would make me feel beautiful. Despite what I imagined would be my “yes” dress, Victoria pulled a dress that she thought would be beautiful on me; and it was PERFECT. The insecurity and fear I had originally, was absolutely washed away by working with her. Truly, it felt like shopping with a friend. Not only did Victoria help me find a dress- but she made me feel uniquely special and comfortable throughout the appointment. I cannot recommend this shop (or Victoria) enough.

I visited four different bridal shops in search of my wedding dress and although they were all wonderful, my experience at Ever After was above and beyond my expectations! The Sales Manager, Victoria is an absolute doll and we were on the same wavelength right away. I had tried on 20+ dresses between my previous appointments, and the first dress Victoria pulled for me was the one! Stylist Memorie was also extremely helpful and kind. They both made me feel so comfortable and confident. Don't miss out, make an appointment here!

Frankly, our experience was not a pleasant one and I would NOT recommend this bridal store.
My daughter had an appointment on a Friday and the staff were very unprofessional. We initially met some of the staff at the PINK bride this year in Chattanooga and they were very welcoming and warm with us and said they will be excited to help us.
However, when we arrived for her appointment, it was entirely different experience. We had a bit of a unique situation in that she will be medically losing weight before the wedding (this was explained at PINK bridal with promises to help, that they have experienced this before) and after we explained, without any consideration whatsoever, the first words out of the consultant's mouth were, "I don't think I can help you'. With a sarcastic laugh.
We should have left immediately, but my daughter wanted to find her dress at Everafter.
The staff asked her to pick out 5 dresses on this particular rack.
The consultants did not ask any questions about what styles what she wanted or the look she was going for.
The staff continued to talk to each other and were no help. As if we were a nuisance to them. The whole experience was unprofessional. Please do not waste time with this business.

Ever After was the very first bridal store I visited back in February. Their store is so cute and clean. They also have a great selection of dresses and my favorite try-on was a dress selected by my stylist, Memorie. She knows her stuff and I have to admit, I think she had a better idea of what I was looking for than I did. Although I have since found my dress at another store, I recommend Ever After as one of your bridal stops!

Memorie was amazing. She did a wonderful job making me feel great and confident about my choices. I ended up walking out with a beautiful dress and I can’t wait to get married. The store was clean, the dress selection was extensive, and the staff was wonderful. I booked an appointment and my mom and I went. We had a great time and I highly suggest going to look for your prom/wedding gowns here!
