On hold for over 20 minutes it’s now 4:35 I hear someone answer while having conversation with someone else and automatically hangs up. I call back and get “our office is now closed” although Google says you’re still open. Highly recommend reviewing your employees they are the first line of contact and speaks volumes about your office and it’s professionalism.

I had an appointment 7/8/22 with Lab Corp at Erlanger East Primary Care and was told to arrive at 8:15 which I arrived early. I was checked in prior to 8:15 and told to have a seat. Someone would be right with me.So 8:30 comes and I notice someone leaving by the lab door. In the meantime I got a MyChart alert that I had a post visit summary and supposedly my lab test had already been performed. So I check with front desk again who looks in the system and now I am told I don’t have an appointment. So I showed them My Chart visit confirmation so they found my appointment and I am sent to a chair outside of the lab with a form for the tech. Trouble is no one is in the lab.At 8:45 go back to the front desk to check and see what is going on.At close to 9:00 the lab tech returns with a food take out box. I questioned her on my appointment time and she responded that she doesn’t work for Erlanger. How rude!It took 2 minutes for the tech to ask my name and birthdate and what arm I wanted the blood sample to be taken. One stick! I should have been out by 8:35. Total disregard for the person and disrespect.I suggest if you have an alternative to using Lab Corp at Erlanger East Primary Care to use it. Total confusion at this location.

I have been going here for 3 years and I am very happy with my doctor but if you have a problem forget consultant your doctor because she may or may not get the message. I used to not have a problem, Charles would always answer the phone within a couple of minutes and put me through to the nurse line but now ambra and Lisa answers the phone a lot and they will not put me through to the nurse they have to take the message their self and I feel like my doctor isn't even getting my message because I do not receive a call back. I sat on the phone for 10 minutes to over 20 every time I call now, it is very frustrating trying to get a hold of anyone. This has aggravated me so much I have considered finding somewhere else and they are things that should remain between you and your doctor, I do not care to let anyone answering the phone no my business. They have been times I would call three or four times in 2 weeks and never get a call back, I am sure this is not my doctor or her nurse's fault.

I was referred by a friend to this practice and was I. Need a primary care physician. The staff was overly helpful and friendly. I was seen by mrs. Walden and she was very professional and respectful and paid close attention to my concerns which made me feel like I had been going here forever. She was extremely knowledgeable and concerned. She was confident with diagnosis and so was I. Thank you for such a great and wonderful experience. Oh I almost for got the nurse which gave me my shot was amazing and professional to and I HATE shots!! Naila was the attending nurse and she was thoughtful and thorough and really listened to the patient. AWESOME TEAM AND THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Dr Ossman is amazing. He is one of the top Doctors we have ever had! Does his research and knows what’s best for each patient. He takes his time and answers all of our questions. He is the best and the entire staff are wonderful.

I highly recommend this group of physicians. Dr Steven Scorey does a great job dealing with mental health. Dr. Ty Young pays attention to details. Dr. Ossman observes and helps his patients stay wise in health care and encourages home work outs to save on cost. Thank you all each one for taking care of us. Healing our health to a beautiful rebalance. Excellent follow trough from the staff.

When I originally came here, I wanted to see Dr. Lydia Speer, the lady at the desk who by the way was very rude and incompetent advised to me that she didn’t have any new patient openings but I could see a new doctor for my first appointment so I agreed as I needed to see someone as soon as possible. Today I called to switch my primary care Dr as I didn’t have a great experience with Dr Scorey and was advised they don’t switch patients at this practice. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I do not appreciate being lied to. This place is an absolute joke.

Office staff is terribly rude. Called to inquire about appointment availability and decided to go elsewhere after speaking with them.

I waited two weeks to get an appointment which I wouldn't care about if I actually got some help while I finally was there. I was sent papers to fill out so I wouldn't have to sit in the waiting room for long but I had to wait almost two hours even though I came early. I tried to talk to the receptionists about this but was met with complete lack of sympathy or care to accommodate me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
