We were looking for a shoe to help with my husband's fractured foot.
He found a Hoka shoe he liked.
The help was not pushy but assisted when needed.
The cashier was friendly, made mention of their points system, which saved us some money.
We will be returning soon for other shoes. I would recommend Elliots for good quality shoes.
Hokas are pricey regardless of where you purchase them.

I was looking for a pair of safety shoes for work and the associate, Katherine helped me find what I was looking for. I haven't seen that kind of dedication in customer service in a long time. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Because of Katherine, I will be coming back for other purchases!

I went to buy a pair of Hoka’s and they didn’t have the color I wanted. Katelyn Cross went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. She called different stores till she found exactly what I wanted. The shoes will be delivered to my house with free shipping in a couple of days. She was so sweet and so helpful. She knew what she was doing. Thank you Katelyn!

Was ok. But I'm looking for composite toe safety boots for women and the selection is very poor. I wouldn't look for women's safety pull on boots there again

My sales lady was very helpful. I needed work shoes & she did a great job multitasking between me & the other customers. Not only was she interested in making sure I was comfortable with how the shoes fit, she also helped find the best price. The receipt shoes MCOLL. Super job! 5 stars for sure!!!

Very rude salesman. More concerned about his commission than he was the customer. We have a contract to buy our boots from Elliotts, we asked what size I wear, I ask if we could look the style and size up in the system and his reply was,,, you really don't know your size, just pull your shoe off, and I replied, my steel toe boot depending on which style I wear ranges in size, it's different from my tennis shoes. He acted so aggravated.

We were searching for a place near by that carried Chacos sandals. This was the first place that came up and I’m so glad we found it. They have a huge selection of really great shoe brands. The customer service was great too!
