Purchased an office chair that was uncomfortable and went back the next day to return it and buy another at twice the price. Upon arriving I parked in the loading zone to unload. No other cars were there at the time. While unloading my heavy box an employee came out with a large television. He told me to move my truck. I had the box over my head when he came out. He said he had a customer coming. I told him I was a customer also and was taking it inside while my friend could move the truck. He began arguing and I tried to walk away several times but he just wouldn't stop trash talking. When I dropped the box and turned to approach him, he threatened to call the police and when I asked if that's the way he talks to customers he responded " I'm the manager, I can do whatever I want". I'll admit at this point I lost my cool and he decided the conversation was o er. But whoever the manager was on November 4, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. is an unprofessional jerk that really needs some customer service and management training.

I popped in for a universal remote and saved $25 compared to the competition store that I tried first across the street. The staff helped me find the remote, and I was out of the store super fast. 10/10 recommend Electronic Express. Parking lot is shared, free and onsite. Plenty of parking.

Great experience for my first time at Electronics Express. Best Buy was supposed to deliver a washer to my residence but then silently cancelled the delivery and rescheduled it for 2 weeks later after I had to call them to ask where the delivery was.
Thankfully Robert at Electronics Express was great to deal with and had the same washer in stock that day. After talking to him on the phone, I drove down and was in and out in about 15 minutes with my washer all loaded up by the great employees.
Great group of people and highly recommend Electronic Express. I am so happy with my new washer. It feels like how shopping used to feel, businesses doing everything they can to make you feel at home, treat you right, and earn your business.

Misleading pricing and won’t honor their deals. They had a managers special running on this bundle, told me they were trying to clear the stock to bring in something new. I drove 40 minutes to come get it and when they rung it up, it was close to $600 for the remaining new one they had in stock. They said they’d only give the deal on the display model. The display was missing multiple bolts and pieces and would be barely usable. The paper said nothing to specify this bundle deal was only for the broken display model. Even after talking to the store manager, they still wouldn’t do anything. Just wanted to charge nearly $500 for a broken display that would have been a useless pile of metal.

We’ve done business with this location dozens of times but tonight is the last night we’ll be in. My husband and I came in close to closing (8:15) and were working with very a nice young man we’ve dealt with a few times who always answers our questions on the purchase of a set of pots and pans and a cell phone for my daughter. We were finishing the sale (8:45) and discovered the pot and pan set was the wrong price and the young man grabbed the manager who was busy locking doors and trying to get out of the door because they weren’t busy at this close to closing, was very short, and rude with my husbands quick questions about the price difference. Dear store manager, you sir are an absolute jerk and do not appreciate our business as you say for you to speak to him and rushing to walk away in such a way. I’ll be calling into corporate tomorrow which I’m sure won’t do any good but word of mouth does.

Strider was incredibly helpful during my recent visit to the electronics store. I went in looking to upgrade my TV but was overwhelmed by all the different technologies and options available. Thankfully, Strider was there to guide me through everything with patience and expertise.

This was my first time visiting electronic express. I left the store not believing the experience I just had in this day and time. I am now the proud owner of a new washer; drier and dishwasher, if it were not for an outstanding sales manager I would have likely left with a washer only. This gentleman identifies as VJ (I think it stands for "Very Just").
I can unequivocally say I had a great shopping experience, in all fairness, I must mention the manager, he made himself known by interjecting his supporting opinions as VJ and I reviewed my options.
Electronic Express of Chattanooga will be my "Go To" store from now on. Thank for giving me a truly memorable experience.

Our salesperson and management were great and very informative and the whole experience was pleasant, I could have gone anywhere to make this purchase and stopped in, I was so impressed with the willingness to help and give me information that I not only bought a VD headset I bought a LG 77" TV. Good job guys and thank you very much.
