I had the best experience with Molly. I spent two days shopping for my child, during which.Molly was helpful and cheerful. It was a pleasure to shop in there this time around. Based on my experiences with Molly, I will return to this store again.

Booked a king for a stay, park, and fly. We arrived at 10:20 pm and the only room available was a full size bed. Air conditioner was broken in our room. Pay more and stay somewhere else.

The quality of Eddie Bauer clothing is superb. If you catch their sales it is also affordable. They have great styles and size selection. I highly reccomend Eddie Bauer.

I went in to the store last week to find the perfect parka as I prepare to move to Mongolia. Larkin and Victoria went to the back and pulled out every size and style so I could go through them. They helped me find the perfect coat to help me stay warm in the -40 degree winters, and made me feel welcome as I tried these coats in again and again. I also tried on several other warm clothes from the sale rack, and they continuously made sure I was well taken care of, helping me find everything I needed. This was the best customer service experience I have had in years. Great store and great people inside!

Associates are great and of course the products are great. Nice shopping experience. Wish they would open a store on the north side of the river. Maybe Northshore or Hixson.
