I have owned nothing but Hondas for over the last 10yrs. All my vehicle purchases and customer care have been top tier, no complaints. Today (14 September 2024) was another great experience at Economy Honda. My sales rep was Kent Gordon who understood the assignment. I listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car. I’m pretty easy, and always go with my mind already made up. So, it’s really not hard to pitch a great sale. I either want it or I don’t. So I appreciate Kent for not giving me the runaround. I recently went for an oil change at the Honda store, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions with patience. The service was quick, and my car is running great now.
I also needed my car valuation done and they were able to call me within an hour with a fairly good value. I highly recommend this Honda store for their excellent service and customer care. Thanks for a job well done!

My car was experiencing circuit issues that other places couldn't figure out, so I took it to economy honda and they had it fixed within two days! And they cleaned the exterior of my car and did a complimentary test on everything else to make sure my car was in top shape. Couldn't recommend them enough!

3 rd time for same issue and still not fixed. Was told they had the parts prior to making visit, but they failed to order all the pieces. We informed them that several pieces of moulding were needed but they decided to order one piece. I even called and left a voicemail the prior day to try and verify all parts were there but no one returned my call. On the second visit they told my wife there was nothing more they could do and it was just the “body lines” so we escalated to Corporate Honda who said economy Hondas assessment was incorrect. Pretty frustrated with the lack of leadership and knowledge to fix a 2024 odyssey. Let’s hope they figure it out before the fourth trip to address a minor fix. Unfortunately they are the only Honda dealer in Chattanooga.
Update: We believe they have fixed the problem. They were accountable and stated they should have done better. Hope it is fixed.

I pulled into the service area and was ignored by the 5 or 6 employees who were either on their phones, staring into space, or talking with each other. I tried to get the attention of one of them, who looked at me and, pretending he didn’t hear me, walked away. I couldn’t believe it. I was the only customer there at the time. When I finally did get someone to help me (I had an appointment, by the way), he said they were short staffed that day. I repeat, I was ignored by 5 or 6 employees who were NOT helping other customers at the time. I plan to look for a different place to take my car for service. Totally unacceptable!

The service team at Economy Honda is top notch. The whole process is very organized and efficient and the customer waiting area is spacious and comfortable. I’ve had Kevin Roberts as my service advisor a couple of times now and he is great - professional and easy to work with.
