Everyone here are very friendly. I bring Shadow 2-3 times a week for over a year now. They are like family to us. Very affectionate to Shadow and accommodating to our needs. I recommend them to all pet owners.

Never had a bad experience. They listen to my concerns about my dogs and then check my dogs. Very gentle with them. Make them feel loved.

Nothing but praise from this guy! The vet and techs were nice, pleasant, and my kitty was well cared for and seen to. I have every confidence in our new "pet doctor" and his attention to detail and knowledge are very reassuring. My darling Sybil is in wonderful hands with East Brainerd animal hospital.

My dogs have been patients at this clinic since 1989 and I've always been happy with Dr. Carter and staff. This visit was an annual checkup and vaccines for my little mixed breed dog. We had to wait a little since the clinic had an emergency but didn't mind as I know the clinic would treat my girl the same if she had an emergency.

We just moved here and we love this vet. Dr. Jacobs is super knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions. We are also on a really tight budget, and Carla at the front desk was amazing in quoting us for the visit, giving us options and helping to meet our budget goal so we didn’t have any surprise charges. We will definitely be making this our home vet.

If I could give no stars, I would. If you want to pay a price point of double or triple what most veterinarians charge, then this might be the place for you. Be prepared for no one to tell you anything about the price of the procedure before going ahead and charging you whatever exorbitant amount they want when they’re done. Even if you ask, the person who you’ll talk to on the phone will have no idea and be completely unable to help you. Also, should you have a dog breed that the standard is a docked tail, be prepared to be shamed for that by people who probably support late term human termination should you feel so inclined. I regret having to use this vet and I’ll be absolutely certain I never do again. I don’t recommend anyone else who values hanging onto some of their own money go here either. Far better local vets available. Just check around. Anywhere but here(East Brainerd Animal Hospital).??

The service at this vet is always top notch. The entire staff is always very warm and welcoming. They were able to get my dog in within a couple of hours of calling them.
