The store is always clean and organized. The staff are always super helpful. If your size is sold out in store, they will try to order it for you, which is pretty cool. My only complaint is more of a company complaint than this specific store. I wish there was more variety in color or patterns or graphic tees. This is the only store that my husband can find clothes in, and it seems like we're always looking at the same items. Also sometimes you can buy two of the exact same style and size of t-shirt and they fit completely different.

My last experience was confusing because I was told a vest I chose was 30% off the regular price and a dress shirt I was going to purchase was to be full price. Upon looking at my sales receipt,I saw where 30% was reduced from the shirt, and I was charged full price for the vest during the purchase. I try hard to understand because I've been out of retail business for some years, but I'm still a customer and I didn't see good business practices from a customer standpoint...The store is located in Chattanooga,Tennessee...

Store is attractive pristine in its cleanliness and easy to find items. The sales associate I dealt with knew his merchandise and was very nice and helpful.
