The lady taking order was very friendly and nice for an early Monday morning. I ordered the everything bagel minis and they were not even toasted. I had to take them home to toast them. They didn’t even attempt to heat them up.

Went by just after 7 and they had thrown away all the doughnuts. Terrible service. Go to the 153 (Hixson) location. Better stock and service and open until 9.

I ordered just a water and I was the only one in line. When I pulled up to the window they didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I just sat there. It wasn’t even busy inside either. There were four workers including a manager and none of them were even starting on my order. I left because at the rate they had been going at, it would’ve taken 15 mins for me to get it.

HUGE difference in service you get at the drive through depending on who is working the window that morning...!Some days it's fast / efficient/ friendly...Other days you have someone who acts like they really hate having to work for a living and the customers are an annoyance to her morning. Impolite / doesn't return a simple good morning or a thank you, have a good day... just screw up your order and stick it out the window without looking at you or returning any simple human pleasantry.It's a bummer that every roll up to order at the drive through feels like pulling a slot lever in Vegas...fingers crossed / no clue as to you will get at the window but hoping it isn't the princess who hates her job and her attitude to customers shows it.Plenty of people in this world wish they had a different job or made more money, but they still do the work and treat people with courtesy. And for some, getting a cup of coffee and a donut at Duncan is something of a treat they look forward to help get their day off to a better start.Today, 10/9/23 close to 6:30 AM, was NOT a good time to get a morning coffee at Duncan...

First off, the service was slow, and the worst part of my experience with this place…. we had scheduled a private room in the restaurant and we were scheduled for 10:00am and they had us set up our things in this room, we were there for about 40 minutes and someone else came along (white women) and said that they had the room scheduled for 9:30 am. How in the heck can you be scheduled for 9:30 am and get there at 10:30???? The district manager came to the room VERY RUDELY and asked who told us we could use the room, first of all, there was NO NEED TO BE SO RUDE!!!!!!!! She should have been rude to the person that booked the room for us ( one of her employees) instead of being rude to us!!!!!!! After all the confusion, she told us we had to leave when the ( white people were the ones LATE AF)!!!!!! But, they WILL NEVER see my business again!!!!!!! I was so hurt by the way she acted towards us as if we were in the wrong…..you guys need to get a DISTRICT MANAGER WITH SOME PEOPLE SKILLS AND A BETTER ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!
