I am disabled and on a tight budget. I pray you recognize Alex and Jackie at the Hwy 58 location Chattanooga TN 37416. I had visited two other locations requesting help with the Dollar General App and was unable to get the help I needed. Today I had a great shopping experience. Thank you so much Alex and Jackie.

The isles are not organized so items are not in the correct place, therefore when you get to the register, those items are not the price one would think they are. I've seen only one employee attempting to stock but he can't do it all by himself. I'd be happy to be part of the team.

My husband slipped on some clear liquid left on the floor and fell and got hurt in this store almost a week ago. They didn't clean it up just put 2 crate's by it. No one has called from this store to see if my husband is ok. Hell no one from Dollar General has called. There is no excuse for this kind of neglect on your part. Shame on you Dollar General. You do not care about your customers and your workers are lazy. It is stores like this that need to be shut down. You don't care my husband is the bread winner and supports our family and He has been out of work since he fell. We are not going to be able to pay our bills until he goes back to work all because your lazy workers didn't clean up a mess left on the floor and failed to let anyone know that it was left on the floor.

Horribly junky and dirty. So much junk blocking the aisles. Poorly stocked. Staff rude and under trained. Can definitely tell Nicole is no longer there. The supposed "manager" rude and stands outside smoking while customers are in the store.

This place should be condemned or at the very least closed for extreme cleaning. Trash and merchandise everywhere. Just horrible. The employees should absolutely not be working in such horrible conditions. This place hasn’t been cleaned in what looks to be years. Just disgusting ?

This place is nasty. The floors are filthy, merchandise sits in boxes for weeks and items are all over the floors. Some one is going to injure themselves because you have to step over stuff.

The prices are great but I didn’t get a receipt a little while ago and I think he over charged me at the Dollar General on Hwy 58 Chattanooga, TN 37416. I have called them several times but it rings and then they never answer my call. Can you help me? Also, I didn’t receive a receipt in order to check the prices. Thank you, Judie Bowman 423-413-1921
