Went here 2day. When at the self-checkout, the price of the photo box stunned me, so decided not to get it. I pressed the button for help twice, with a long interval in btwn. No one came. Well, I didn't want to stand around all day to see if an employee showed up, so I just paid and was leaving. I hear, "Have a good day." I looked up and not 20 feet from the register was an employee, who was apparently stocking a shelf, but I don't remember seeing any merchandise near her. Now, when you press the help button, it's very audible. There's no doubt in my mind this employee heard the help call. What the heck is wrong with workers now? These people don't know what customer service is, so why in the world are they there? I think from now on, I'll find another Dollar General to go to, or quite possibly, avoid the store altogether.

I had an issue this morning with placing an order but due to the system they never received it. Store manager was wonderful helping me get that canceled and refunding super quickly

I love this Dollar General, a block from my apartment so it's convenient, but mostly because of the ladies who work there. Ariel is always so friendly and helpful! All are hard workers and I'd appreciate DG paying, nationwide, a living wage. $7.50 is shameful. Your employees deserve better!
