I was scolded by the cashier Soozie for getting $10 cash back.
She seems to think I need her permission. The time before that she said that she was happy that I'm using a card because she doesn't like making change. Maybe you shouldn't be a cashier then.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The store manager is VERY rude. Poor management and disrespectful towards customers. I will never be back.

Dollar General @3920 Ringgold Rd. Cleanest most organized DG I’ve ever been too. I have 3 DGs in my area that are always out of things and messy. So messy to the point it’s a headache to go in. From now on I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to this store.

The woman with the mousy brown hair and condescending attitude is rude and treats customers as if they're dumb if they can't work the self- check and do her job for her. It's too bad that Dollar General doesn't pay enough to get some actual decent employees. I'm afraid she's the bottom of the scummy barrel.

Store was stocked better then others I've seen lately but the employee was the worst!!They added self checkout to all their stores lately.. which this employee decided to use as the ONE AND ONLY WAY TO CHECKOUT AT THIS LOCATION.. EVEN WHEN THE LINE WAS GETTING RIDICULOUSLY LONG (LIKE 6+ PEOPLE).. THEN SHE ASKED OUT LOUD "WHO NEEDED HELP" I REPLIED "ALL OF US WAITING IN LINE TO CHECKOUT, I'D ASSUME!" Which was responded to with the rudest thing I've heard in forever, which was... "THATS WHAT THE SELF CHECKOUT IS FOR!!!"ARE YOU F'ING KIDDING ME!! LOL... that's what happened exactly... customer service is straight garbage here... GARBAGE..SAD THING IS THAT I'M ALMOST POSITIVE THAT SHE WAS STORE MANGER..makes me wonder who hires these ppl that can't deal with running a register alone.. but they can "manage" a f'ing store alone???? Are you kidding me??? Lmao!!@@!!!!!@@

Go in that dollar general at least or times a week. Saw that they were out of dog food. I asked , she shrugged her shoulders. She wouldn’t even to the back and look. I was a manager. That wouldn’t have never been done.

This is the worst dollar in Chattanooga. There is a lady who is very bitter in the afternoon and treats customers very badly. Every time I go to that store, I have a bad experience. I will never return to that store.

Every time i come here they are closed .whats the point in having a store here if they are always closing early or opening late no sign saying they are closed and lights are on but doors are locked at 8:pm short staffed or not they should be able to run this store with how they have .

Showed up at 7pm to grab a couple quick items today. Lady standing at the door yelled, "we are closed" without explanation. The store normally stays open until 10pm. Used to really like shopping here. Unfortunately, the customer service seems to be on the decline.

This is my neighborhood dollar general. I always loved it but with covid its struggling with ? Employees BUT TODAY I was in there an I was trying to get buggy into store an employee AARON came to my aid an open door. Then when I got to cashier ( him) he offered to help me with the $80+ of stuff I got to help into my car( 15lb dog food, canned food, 2 bags of potting soil, etc...) how kind... I was shocked yet thankful an said so. He looked like he was trying to get store back to it hayday!!!!!

I love getting yelled at by employees for arriving 15 minutes before close and opening a door that wasn't locked! 10/10, sorry I "yanked open" an unlocked door to a store that I didn't leave unattended! :)
