Counter guy was great. The finished product is great. But this... this is unsafe for employee and vehicle. A lift, or at a minimum some jack stands would have eased the mind a little.

I was at a nearby business and realized my car battery was dead.The wonderful folks at Discount Tire (1821 Gunbarrel Rd, Chattanooga, TN) cheerfully went above and beyond by giving my car a free boast.I’m betting they would be great place to buy new tires from too! Thanks soooo much!

When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Robert. He was friendly and quickly got to the bottom of the problem of my tire light being on. While I was here I decided to have an alignment done and while waiting heard Robert’s interactions with other customers in the building. Even while busy on the phone with a customer and customers lining up in front of him, he appreciated them coming in today and he would be with them shortly. Professional, friendly, and efficient for every single person he has encountered and an asset to this location. Great service start to finish.

Horrible service 3 hours to get serviced for just air been low so pushy to get my tires replaced for no reason just because they have some wear doesn't mean harassing to get new ones

This place is efficient. Note: I selected the tires I wanted as well as the windshield wipers and paid online. Then I was able to schedule an appointment. It was so nice to drop off, they already had my info and and their tracker app made it very easy to know what was going on. Everything was installed at the time they said it would and I was able to walk back in an hour later. Brendan was very friendly and professional, the other employees were very pleasant as well. It's not a mom and pop shop it's a chain, but for what I needed with a busy schedule this was an excellent experience.

Service was great and they called and asked if I would like moved my scheduled date up to have my tires installed then. I took off one star because I was also wanting to get two of my wheels straightend and when searched on the web for places around me that have that service there store is always one of the top three listed in google to have that kind of work done. When going to there website it list that that's a service that they do but guess what? They don't.

So this is only the second? time I have ever left a review. My experience and first impression of Discount Tire on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga was as follows:1. Greeted warmly in the middle of the parking lot by a service PROFESSIONAL who opened the door for us and began to serve us.2. Upon entry into the building, was offered a chilled bottle of water on a 95° day.3. Uplifting, edifying music was playing softly overhead.4. Provided with service in much less time than initially informed.

Truly great human beings work at this place!! I got a random flat tire one late afternoon and the Team at Discount Tire helped me get it fixed quick despite walking into their big clean waiting area right at closing time. There were a few people waiting but the area is very big with comfortable chairs throughout but they get you out quickly. Dudes literally sprint to your car to keep the queue moving, getting cars into the garage as soon as one comes out. Best of all, my flat fix was free! Yeah, they don't charge for that stuff or rotating your tires or checking tire pressure. I was amazed when they told me and even more so when the service level I got was just as outstanding as it was for the paying customers. I'll definitely be back and will recommend. Special thanks to my man Sean and Marvin that got my tire fixed quick with excellent customer service! Thank you!

Amazing service by Sean. I had a nail in my tire and they immediately got to work. I was able to see the the process from start to finish, and this service was free!! They are expanding to include wipers and alignments. I’ll definitely be back.

Very quick and efficient . Have the best prices in the city. My tire I think was $68 plus taxes and fees to put it on I think was $115. It took them maybe no more then 30 minutes and they send you updated text to keep track of when it's done. 10/10 definitely recommend .
