First, they charge so much more than everybody else that their "sales" only bring their prices down to market average or even still above, so their X% off sale...isn't really X% off.
Second, it's car salesman tactics as soon as you walk through the door. They'll also dance around ugly business practices, like advertising 20 year warranty when, in reality, the warranty is void after only 18 months if you don't pay thousands for PROFESSIONAL cleaners every single year. When my fiance, who learned of this through online research, asked about it, they'd avoid the question by responding with something like "well I recommend to all our customers that they clean their carpets every year regardless" ...okay, so does it void the warranty or not? "Well, the carpet strands bla bla" ...they kept refusing to answer the question and refused to be transparent about the many things that totally void warranty.
Third, after inspecting/measuring your home they refuse to release the square footage or any of their measurements, so you just have to blindly trust that they're not over charging you for materials. It's absolutely ridiculous.
They aren't transparent, aren't straight shooters and I absolutely do NOT recommend them.
